Staff was all super friendly.

Bathroom was small and shower leaked all over the floor every time someone took a shower. They ask you to come check in and then you will get the parking instructions. This makes no sense because there is no where to pull in front of or park in front of the hotel especially with lines of traffic in the streets, it is impossible to pull over check in and get parking instructions. It makes more sense to park and then go check in. So providing parking location prior to check in would alleviate a lot of frustration and circling the streets. Otherwise it was adequate.

We loved our stay here. The location was buzzing with so many wonderful asian fusion restaurants. We were here for work and the location was a good walking distance to public transport and the venue for our function. We had a child minder in looking after our child and the hotel made sure they were welcome when we were not there. The key system was also handy and the front door system also made us feel safe. Very quiet street at night for sleeping.

We were grateful to have access to AC in the room given the temperatures outside, however when on it nearly got too cold due to the positioning. We kept it off at night and had the window open.

The location is super central, like 10 minutes by walking to the Louvre and the Opera. The hotel is surrounded by Asian restaurants, especially Japanese and Korean restaurants, which is very friendly to Asian tourists. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The sound proof is not that ideal. You can hear very clearly other guests coming in or going out in the late night or early morning. You need to give the key back to the front desk when you go out of the hotel, which is good. But when you come back and ask for the room key, you will get it very easily and without identifying by showing ID or something, which made me a little concerned about the security. But luckily, nothing unsafe happened during my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quite a bit larger than the last hotel room we had in Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great; short walk to a metro station, a grocery store, many restaurants, and The Louvre. It was also very quiet. There wasn't much street noise at night, nor did we hear much noise from other guests

The shower door didn't keep the water in when our 4 year old took a shower, but it was fine if we were careful and they cleaned the room, and replaced the towels daily, so it wasn't really a problem at all.

Terrific location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and simple accomodation, one room particularly had a lovely sunny outlook and small balcony overlooking Rue Sainte Anne. Was able to book just 2 rooms for 5 of us vs 3 rooms in most other hotels. Wonderful spot for a base to see Paris.

Bathroom small and squeazy for space but functional and clean.

Lovely high ceilings with windows looking onto the street really made us feel like we were in Paris. It was clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious. Location is excellent. Reception is open 24 hours.

The only minor downside is the lift, which starts from the first floor - somewhat challenging with a heavy suitcase and curvy staircase with many wedged steps (due to high ceilings) and the handrail only available on the inside (narrow) part. So just take extra care. My single bed in a triple room seemed rather short, not a problem at 5'6", but it might be if you are tall.

Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and shops as well as a close walk to the train station & Louvre. Room was lovely, the street view felt very Parisian. The staff were lovely, patient and very kind. Breakfast was nice, with local cheeses and butters on offer which I loved (and now miss).

The bathroom is in the middle of the room, and doesn't allow for much privacy. I understand being in a hotel with limited space, but it just felt like the bathroom was literally in the middle of the room. It's not a huge issue.

This is a small, cozy hotel. It made us feel like our home away from home. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was not super big but it was big enough for 2 people. The bathroom was a good size also. It is walking distance to the Louvre and to restaurants and shops. I felt very safe in this hotel since the door is normally locked and the front desk person has to open it. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I cannot think of anything worth mentioning.

everything is clean, staff is adorable, very well located Room is comfortable and well equipped i like the small size of the hotel, makes it more authentic

however, please consider changing the towels and the soap in the bathroom - it is extremely abrasive and irritating for the skin (I do not normally have this problem)

1. Great location: It’s very close to Louvre Museum as well as metro station. Nearby there are a lot of Japanese restaurants. 2. Good soundproofing and clean. 3. The room is not big but its height, I think, is at least 4 meters, so it’s still spacious to me.

The male receptionist is nice but could be nicer: When the male receptionist told me to give back the key every time I leave the hotel, I asked him why, but he only brusquely answered it’s the rule. However, later I feel not annoyed anymore because I came through that it’s surely for safe: to prevent people from duplicating the keys! So, if the male receptionist could smartly explain the reason to me with more patience, it would be a more pleasure experience for me to stay in this hotel.
