The location was incredible, a short walk to Le Louvre and a great Japanese bakery. I appreciated the Nesspresso-style coffee packs for the morning (tasty and with adorable cups) and complimentary tea and biscuits for my teen. The beds were so cozy and the pillows were the best we'd had in our 9-day Europe trip. The male staff on desk 24 hrs made me feel safer traveling alone with my daughter. The view was pretty decent with a street view of pretty apartments and a monument if you opened the window. The other side has views of a pretty mosaic on the walls. I appreciated outlets near the bed, but bring a long enough cord bc the plugs are near the floor.

The bathtub was worn enough that I chose a shower over a soak, and it's easy to make a mess of water all over the floor. There was evidence this was an issue for other American shower takers. Not a big deal for me.

The location .You can walk to all the tourist spots .The room was cleaned every day. I asked to have the room at 12 noon and the room was ready at that time

I didn't find any electrical outlets near the bed

the sofa in the room had many old stains and it was not pleasant to sit on. You should change or wash immediately that red sofa. Also on my first day of arrival the toilet seat was not clean properly and it had some small urine stains on it, but it must have been a little error because following days the cleaning was very good. So it must have been an isolated incident.

I was surprised by the size of the room! It was too busy for 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child). The hotel accommodated my request for one room for the 3 persons, but I didn’t know it was too small to accommodate 3 persons. I would have taken additional room (interconnected), if possible, but our stay was short so we lived with it. Public car park was 600-700 meters away and NOT nearby, as the website suggests. “Nearby”, to my understanding was “across the street” or on the same street or behind the hotel! I think the website should state that or at least specify the name of the nearest public car park. I would advise future customers to download the public car park company’s application (Indigo) to benefit from the daily reduced rates.

Location, location, location! We walked to everything from here. Sites, museums, other areas of Paris. We were within a 20-30 min walk of so many places. There are many choices for food that are close as well, so many different types of food and plenty of indoor and outdoor options. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Merci Manon! Breakfast was good and the breakfast hours worked whether it was an early morning or if a bit more rest was needed. Merci Marina! The housekeeping staff did an awesome job of helping us keep our room tidy too!

Not the biggest room I've ever stayed in, but somehow we got three beds in there and it worked. Luckily you won't be in your room very much. I would not let this stop me from staying here again.

Very central location. Friendly receptionists who were very service minded. A nice room with a bathtub and a comfy bed. Had a request for extra pillows that were accommodated, and if I needed a later check out that could have been arranged. Breakfast area was small but cosy and the breakfast itself was simple but good

The breakfast attended was the only one whom might have been a bit grumpy😅 but might just be from having to wake up extremely early to prepare things 🤣.

We have two nights in Paris to see as much as we can. Many attractions are already within a short walking distance of the hotel, yet it is tucked away from the bustle of tourists, making it an excellent place to base yourself for sightseeing and getting around. It is a clean and welcoming room, and the AC works well even during the hottest summer months. Across from the hotel is a little supermarket, a laundromat if needed, and numerous cafes and restaurants for every budget and taste. Upon checking out, an attendant brought us something we had forgotten in the room. The attentiveness of the staff kept it from becoming a hassle. Despite arriving by car during the high season, we had no problems parking our since there were a number of paid parking options in the area.

There was a problem with the safe in our room. Rooftop deck could have been spruced up with some seating. We booked the night before and our room wasn't ready by 2pm. Our room was not ready until 1.5 hours after we arrived. We asked reception for recommendations for eating spots nearby, but he couldn't help.

I happen to love the 1st Arron. So the location is perfectly located between the Opera house and the Louvre Museum and easily walkable to many of the places of interest and the nbr 1 metro line

This is a beautiful little hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are a good size and extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had breakfast included in our room price and the food was lovely - a delicious range of hot and cold items.

We were not able to order room service as the supplier was impacted by riots. This wasn’t a big issue for us as the restaurants across the road were fabulous.
