We loved the location and our room was great.

It had some quirks like we were on the 7th floor but the stairs only went to the 6th so we had to climb a tiny little staircase with our suitcases and only 1 railing. The room service is only from 7pm-10pm so that was a downer for us too.

All, especially the way we were treated: In my reservation, I a commented that my wife's birthday was on the date of our arrival. In a another hotel to which I first booked a reservation, and also wrote about my wife's birthday, the response was that the could buy my wife a bouquet of roses or or a bottle of Champagne. On the other hand, when we arrived to "LP" hotel, we were surprised to hear that the hotel is helping us to celebrated the birthday by upgrading the room a Junior Suite room without any extra fee, And indeed this was the biggest hotel room we've every stayed in. In addition, the included breakfast was good with a variety of cheese, fruit, breads, cakes and more. And, the location, location location - close to everything, the Louvre museum, Palaye Royale, the Opera, Rue de Rivoli and lot of restaurants.

They were very cozy and affordable. fantastic experience in order Hotel Very bad experience about Welcome Pickup taxi service promoted by Hotel or by Booking ? there is no clear situation I had a problem with my flight but I had not receive a right support from their staff and their website customer care at the end I pick up a regular taxi in airport with the same care ( toyota prius) i discoverd that there is a fix price from airport to center city 53,00 eu against 69,00 eu offerd as a big deal on booking website my question is : why take money in this no polite manner from customers?

everything was good and in order my experience i do not belive that welcome pickup service could be offer by the hotel , they were so correct and i cannot belive this situation

The location was perfect- great walk to louvre museum, the atmosphere of this beautiful boutique hotel is exceptional- 5 stars, I love the interior design/decoration of the reception! Stefan at the reception desk was exceptional-very helpful, friendly and gracious- he upgraded our room to a junior suite (501), me and my daughter loved it! Thanks Stefan! Our room was very comfortable and the amenities - the beddings, towels, toiletries, mini fridge- beverages and coffee- were superb! The housekeeping was great - our room was very clean and well stocked! The French breakfast was delicious! Emand at the front desk was helpful and accommodating too! He and Stefan made sure our car service to the airport was on time and won't be late for our flight!

Great location, walkable or an easy metro ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff is really welcoming, helpful and friendly, especially Lydie (the lady at breakfast). Nice and perfectly clean room with comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with high quality shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Breakfast is perfect to have a good start of the day. Free Nespresso capsules in the room were nice bonus. Good food places nearby (the best Japanese restaurant in Paris is at 20 m, nice bakeries). The Louvre is at 5 minutes walk, and the Tuileries garden is perfect for a morning run.

the property was very good! it was well maintained, beautiful, neat and tidy. the room was very luxurious, spacious, and the facilities/ services were great. the staff was so polite and helpful. the hotel had a yummy breakfast layout. We were upgraded to the deluxe room from a standard room and that was an amazing experience with us. the room was huge and we got a free mini bar for a day. the hotel did an amazing justice to our first time stay in Paris and i highly recommend this place to stay for everyone as it is just 5 minutes walk to the Louvre Museum, close to all the amazing cafes, and very close to the Metro station.

The location was excellent being very near The Louvre and The Seine as well as metro stations and a good choice of restaurants. We found it to be a friendly and welcoming hotel in a quiet location. The concierge were very helpful. The room had plenty of useful shelving and a good coffee machine plus fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a good walk in shower. The housekeeping was excellent, everywhere was exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was a mostly cold buffet with a good choice and fresh fruit. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

It was charming, had character. It was obviously an old building, but nicely restored. I you are looking for a Marriott or Hyatt experience, you will find it disappointing. The breakfast was great, a good value, but not free. It was walking distance to the Louvre and great places to eat.

The room we stayed in was really small. The bed was about 1/3 of the room. Other rooms are quite spacious, so be sure to ask for one of the larger rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with our stay. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am and since it was too early to check in, we left our bags at the front desk to start exploring. This hotel is located in a fantastic location as others have stated. Less than a 5-minute walk to the Louvre, and minutes away from tons of restaurants, shops, and transportation. Once we got back, we were surprised by an upgraded room that was clean and large. We felt very safe even late at night when we walked a couple of blocks to Mc Donalds at midnight. Wi-Fi was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was unseasonably warm during our stay, so we slept with the windows open. Thursday-Saturday was a bit noisy, but they did provide earplugs to use. I would not let this stop me from staying again.

location is amazing, you can walk to major attractions in 40 min. cafes and restaurants are around. the hotel has nice design. room was clean and spacious for Paris. Personnel was friendly.

One could hear everything what was happening in the hall which was annoying in the morning when people started to go to breakfast. Shower curtain is short and not wide enough which looks bad for the 4 star hotel. on top of that shower base does not have a border. As a result water would be all over the floor.
