Excellent location if you have a concert in Bercy. It’s in the heart of Court Saint Emilien but in a very nice quiet part. It was very clean, decent and perfectly practical. The breakfast was excellent.

The single beds are too narrow; as through for a child. They really should be a little wider. I’m a small lady and I found it narrow; I can’t imagine how a large man would sleep on their single beds.

The staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. We have had the two connected rooms we have requested before. Try to request a room to the "non-street" side as it might be every now and then a bit noisy on the street side. The rooms are small but offer still many features. They were clean and equipped as described. AirCon worked well, windows can be opened a bit as well. Beds and pillows were just fine :). Bathroom was fine as well. Parking is just around the corner: the INDIGO garage. Just across the street is a movie theatre and the Bercy Village shopping centre with some alternative options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A bike rental station (velib) is directly in front of the hotel and another one behind the shopping center.

The rooms were quite small. Thus, if you need to stay in the room, you might not feel very comfortable. The desinfection liquid dispensers were empty. If you have got large luggage, this can represent an issue. We knew it is not directly nearby Notre Dame. Consider that it takes you about 30 mins by bike getting there. Other than that, it can be well reached by car.

I like that the location was really close to the metro station or the RER train. Also that it was just crossing the street the nice Bercy Village with shops and supermarket, very convenience.

I didn't like the breakfast. The scramble eggs were without taste, like too messy, maybe too much milk or something? No options of vegetables, like for example: some cherry tomatoes, cucumber slides? In regard to yoghurt, I will also recommend to offer "skyr" option. About the bread, french bread is always delicious, that was excellent.

The location is great - 170m from the metro station. The staff are friendly and the hotel environment is tourist friendly with shops and restaurant all around. Bercy park is also nearby and is a nice place for a walk or play time for children. The rooms are small but well organized.

The main issue for us was that there is no coffee/tea in the rooms. Those needs to be bought from the reception bar. Tea size when sitting in the bar was reasonable, but for take away (to drink in the room) we got a tiny cup and in both cases the price was 3.5EU. We got only 2 towels to be used for sink usage and shower - was nice to get a separate sink towel

Great service from staff. Nice breakfast. Clean room Nice little village

Not the hotels fault, but for 2 days of our 3 day stay, the local metro station, which was only a 2 minute walk from hotel, was closed. As first time visitors to this beautiful city, it made traveling to/from hotel an inconvenience that we could have done without. However, would definitely stay again but would check that local Metro stop was open before booking

Wonderful reception and front of house staff. Made us feel really welcomed. Easy to get to, especially if Metro line 14 is running. Proximity to an amazing little park (Parc de Bercy), the Accor Arena and the river Seine.

Cleanliness around and under the bed. Curtains missing in one of the rooms we had. Lifts were small and over crowded at peak times. Only staircases seemed to be associated with the fire exits. Would have been nice to have had general staircases, as a back up to the lifts.

Location. Bercy Village was a pleasure surprise .Too bad line 14 of subway was not in service and closed for maintenance or we would have an even easier access to key places. All staff were really helpful and kind. Cleaning was perfect considering the bed bug plague these days in Paris

Not really anything in order to be a show stopper to come back to the same place again.

Friendly staff, Eric the barman was very helpful and had a good sense of humour. Lots of resturants close by for dining. Close to train station, fairly easy to get to the Eifel Tower via train, and remained away from the crowds and touist scence mostly. Felt save in Bercy.

Lack of local knowledge about how to get around, eg Front desk could not work out the closest stop for Batobus, which is the hop on hop off service to see Paris site via river

The property was close to shops and restaurants. The room itself was fine, room size standard for location, you could also open the window. Elevators.

No ventilation in bathroom. The room felt humid at times even though AC was on. Room was a bit small but manageable with our luggage. Not the hotel fault, but metro line into the city was unavailable.

Phenomenal staff, willing to assist in every way we asked them to, always with a smile. Fantastic breakfast, incredible scrambled eggs (rare in France), fresh baked madeleines and crepes, really impressed. Location right next to line 14 metro that runs right through Paris. Enormous lobby with food and cocktails served into the evening.

Rooms ran quite warm, required us to open the window to let cool air in.
