Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! Moreover, it is just a few steps to the nearest RER station named Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand, which can bring you to all the tourist attractions in Paris city including Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum. The train can also bring you directly to Versailles! There is a grocery store right opposite the hotel, where you can purchase fruits, snacks and drinks!

the beds and pillows were so comfortable! seriously! very clean, good shower, everything you need and quite spacious too. lovely staff, great location although the metro line was down while we were there, the C train was fine.

The place was super modern and clean. There was free coffee, tea, snacks and sparkling water in the lobby. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Location was also just around the corner from the metro/RER. Great value for money!

It definitely had a larger room compared to hotels in Paris, which made me very happy. the room was clean. I didn't have any problems with sound insulation. It provided a good sleeping experience because the curtains were dark. The employees were friendly and helpful.

This wasn't a problem for me but the bathroom door was sliding. That's why it didn't close completely. If you are staying with two people, it might be a bit of a problem. The air conditioner wasn't blowing hot air, but I probably couldn't manage it. I didn't ask for help because it wasn't a big problem, they would definitely help me if I asked.

Not in the immediate city center (which we knew) but a nice location close to the subway and RER train station so easy to get around the city. Quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfy so we slept well. Easy to get breakfast around the hotel, we didn't go for the breakfast the hotel offered. The room was clean and tidy. Would stay here again.

There could have been more places in the room to hang your clothes and jackets, a hook rack by the door perhaps? The door to the bathroom opened inwards which, in a tight bathroom, means you have to step into the shower to get in or out of the bathroom. Small things matters =)

Location is very very good. Metro station nearby. Check in went very smooth. Receptionist Ramzi ( I am sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very polite, very friendly. He was very helpful and full of information. I need to say that the whole reception team is very helpful and very polite. Room are basic but good. Bed was comfy and good to sleep on. At the reception you can get free cookies, water and coffee. A nice touch.

Room could get a new paint job, some furniture should be replaced with a new one. We had a situation that the cleaning lady left our room door opened. We came back from exploring town and as we got to our room i saw that the door was opened, i just needed to push the door. Luckily nothing was missing. But the management should discuss this with their employees.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we had a good stay once again. However, it was the first time our room was situated at the front of the hotel at the main road side. I sleep with earplugs but my partner did have some bad nights because the windows are not sound proof. Other than that it is a really good hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and even though the neighborhood isn't the best, I really like the shops and how close by everything is.

The pillows of the beds could really use and upgrade. Too soft and small. Prices of the room fluctuate a lot, so make sure you find the right price for your stay.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Thank you for the recommendation to visit la Felicita, it was one of the best parts of our trip! The hotel is really close to the metro station and RER, which goes to the main tourist attractions (the Eiffel tower, Versailles, Musée d’Orsay, Notre Dame...). We had coffee, tea and some pastries available at the reception, that was also really nice.

The shower was not that spacious in our room, that is the only minus I would say. For me it was fine, but my sister is plus-size and it was not that comfortable for her.

The room was spacious and superclean, beds were comfy, the staff was corteous. Hotel is conveniently located very close to metro line 14 and RER C, also multiple bus stops are nearby, which makes it easy to reach other metro lines or do trips outside of Paris (e.g. take a train to Versailles).

For a room that hosts 3 people, a bit more storage space in the bathroom would be useful, like two more hooks and a couple of shelves for putting the cosmetic products. A coffee table would be good too. Other than that, theres nothing else to complain about.
