the twin bed next to the window was slanted so we flipped the mattress. two days later the. we was slanting again. it was incredibly uncomfortable.

It was perfectly located in the centre of Paris and the staff were very friendly and wry accommodating . Very close to all the major attractions in Paris so that was great

I have got nothing negative to say about it to be honest. But it was a bit pricier than expected. I suppose it was because of the Rugby World Cup.

Brilliantly located we pretty much walked everywhere (except to Eiffel Tower) and really easy transfer from Airport on Roissybus. The hotel was very airy and felt spacious, I was really impressed with the size of the apartment. The staff were very welcoming. It was my son's birthday on arrival and the staff had decorated the room and provided goodies, which made his day :-) Thank you so much..

Only a slight moan, but the apartment did feel like it needed a bit of a modernisation/TLC. It was however clean and functional :-)

- great location - practical kitchenette - when I asked to have the coffee machine exchanged for nespresso (as per the picture) they brought it. if that is important for you might be good to indicate that while booking

- bathroom could use some tweaks, tap was a challenge, one light was out - not a huge amount of storage, although for a weekend fine. for week stay will be a challenge, especially with two people - staff could pretend to like their job, now all was done but with some sighing and not a lot of smiles

A big room and very good location. It had been like an apartment for 2 person I guess. so there is a kitchen, and the living room and bed room is separated. I stayed with my family ( my wife & 2 kids ) but it is really enough space. the location is also very good, 3-5mins walk to PRINTEMPS, and other popular shopping centre.

the water comes out from the pipe under the sink at bathroom. However, right after I asked the staff, staff changed the room. ( to be fair, the new room has also the same issue but not so serious...)

Convenient to all Paris attractions with walking distance and also nearby Metro and RER station

No cleaning during my stay and water pressure of bathroom is too low.

Perfect location to explore Paris with easy access to Metro, RER and bus. But location is so central, even better to walk during good weather. If you arrive from CDG, the RoissyBus stop is very near, so very convenient. Always someone at the reception and with double entry door (key card required) I felt very secure. There is a self service laundry in the basement which is extremely useful. Many restaurants in the area and supermarkets nearby if you wish to do some cooking. Room was larger than expected. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartments, great location, room was clean and modern, staff were friendly and helpful.

Espresso machine would have been nice (they only had instant coffee or espresso available if you paid for breakfast). You could hear quite a bit from the street due to the type of windows and the hallways need a bit of updating.

The location is fabulous, within walking distance of many of the major attractions. The apartment consisted of an entrance, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet and a main room of a good size. We left the sofa-bed pulled out during our stay and still had plenty of space. The kitchen was in the main room and had all the amenities needed, even a dishwasher. The hotel is located on a busy street and we were very impressed with the windows, which were extremely soundproof, so we did not hear much of the noise from outside.

Location fantastic, clean room, very comfy bed & facilities great. We have previously stayed here & was happy with service & location. Staff were very helpful Would definitely return 🙂
