Staff (Simon, et al) was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, he knew our names and told us that he was expecting us - nice touch. The beautiful room was a very good size with Air Conditioning, which we very much appreciated on a very hot day. The soft bed linens and fluffy pillows were top notch! Breakfast on Saturday morning was full American/English style, with made-to-order omelets that were delicious - well worth the 15 Euros to start the day of sightseeing on a full stomach. The Location was perfect! Very close to La Madeleine and Le Harvre Metro stops, Les Grands Magasins, and an easy walk to Opera, Place de la Concorde, Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, and Champs Elysees. The hotel is situated off a small side-street, which avoided the bright lights and noise of the grand boulevards where most nice hotels are situated - a welcome calm after a busy day.

While the bathrooms were well appointed, we would have appreciated a full shower rather than a bathtub with a hand-held sprayer. It was very difficult to rinse the shampoo and soap without spraying water all over the bathroom. Perhaps the next time you remodel you could install showers in lieu of bathtubs.

My room was very clean and the bathroom was well appointed with a shower and a bathtub, which is great for bathing children. There was a tiny fridge in the room so you can store snacks and drinks. My room was on the street side and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept well every night on the crisp, soft, pristine, white sheets. The location was spectacular because it is five minutes walking distance from Saint Lazare train station. And by underground train, it is only two stops away from Gare de Lyon. I walked to the hotel and could not find my way. I called the hotel and Laeticia at the front desk was very patient and helpful and guided me to the hotel. Sabrina at the front desk gave me some great tips about the city and about places to eat near the hotel. Minhaz helped me to get on my way to Versailles, indicating where to go on the map of the city. It's a lovely, well cared for, boutique hotel in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. The staff provided me with professional, personalized service. As a solo, female traveler I felt very safe and secure at the hotel. I stayed three nights.

Nothing worth mentioning!

The location is great - not the busy road, so traffic is not so loud. Close to many good restaurants, all kinds. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in small buffet but all very qualitative and fresh. Very friendly staff from reception to breakfast. The rain was pouring down and they borrowed me an umbrella at the reception (which I gave back by the way...)

Prices are expensive in Paris these days, so also this hotel. But it's worth if you look afterwards and compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood.

Everything was great, especially hearing the Diana Krall music being played. Great taste in music. The room, location and breakfast was great.

The shower leaked water onto the floor. The folding plastic-glass partition which was supposed to prevent water from seeping down onto the floor was not flush with the top of the tub and did not form a waterproof seal. There was a 1/2 inch gap allowing water to seep through..this is Rm.102

I had a good one night stay here, courteous man for check in and check out - very pleasant. Location was good for my purpose and only one stop on the Metro from Gare Du Nord and 4 min walk. Plenty shopping stores around and 2 good supermarkets close by. Not part of a chain of hotels which is probably a good thing and very clean. Furnishing in the room was of good quality.

I would have liked some instant coffee in the room, only tea - but that is a minor thing.

The location was great, loads of transport options nearby to get to different parts of the city, and a lot of main sights are walkable. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room and bathroom were both a very good size for Parisian hotels. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had a few issues with the key entry to our room but they were quickly resolved. It would be good to have irons and ironing boards available other than on request. The main drawback to the hotel is just that it's quite expensive at face value, but you're paying for location and convenience.

The location is brilliant. the area is surrounded by everything you need. Almost every bus line number has a stop around the corner. The RER station is just around the corner, as well as the metro line, and many taxi stops. I’ve been to Paris more than 10 times, but probably from now on, I will only stay here.

I had no problem with anything. My wife thought the room was a bit small for her taste, but was still good. iF you want more space, I recommend booking the big room. We saw it before we leave, and it was perfect.

The price of the room on booking.com lowered the moment we had our check-in. It felt a bit sour we payed more because we booked some weeks ago. Perhaps that was the reason why we got an upgraded room. What was nice.

The staff are all friendly, credible and helpful, they help you for what you need and you want , easy and quick registration and check-out, the hotel is clean, the rooms is clean and simple also nice 👍 , the cleaning service is daily 👍 , and the room has coffee and tea supplies, I booked the small room and it is suitable for one person and I liked it, and there are larger rooms, the hotel location close to all places in the opera area , metro, restaurants, markets and complexes , it was Comfortable stay , sure i will reservation again when i come back to paris .. everything i like for sure ..

I chose the hotel for its location, and it met my expectations that I had from the presentation on the website. Very friendly staff, I needed to iron something and provided me very fast with iron and board. Very close to grand magasins, Opera, and walking distance to other atractions (museums, concerts etc).
