The services are perfect in all ways.

I was arranged to live in room 52, it’s indeed a wonderful room. However, as I’m taller than 180cm, the bathroom was a little bit short for me to take a standing shower.

the property was in a great location next to the metro links and some lovely cafes, which were walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean, tidy and good value for money. and the staff were always on hand to help. thanks.

The location is great. Lots of cafes and shopping steps away. Bustling area but feels really safe and quite. There are also quick food options, a grocery store, and laundry 1-2 minutes away. The train station is right across the street but now noisy. On Wednesday’s there’s a farmers market under the elevated train station. You can walk to Eiffel Tower and have lunch in the park very conveniently. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the staff is friends and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay there again on our next visit to Paris. This is a good choice for your first time in Paris.

Small rooms and bathrooms but I only showered and slept there so it did the job.

The location of the hotel is the #1 that attracted us to book. The breakfast is not expensive though little selection but it is all good food. Stone away from the Metro and a lot of restos around (French cuisine, Chinese cuise, Arabic, Mexican, Starbucks, Boulangerie & Patisseries). Adjacent to it are Mcdonalds and Monoprix (a retail store where you can shop clothes, meds, beauty, bakery, groceries and a lot more). It is 15mins walk to the Champs de Mars and 20 mins walk until down the feet of Eiffel Tower. Everyday a housekeeper always cleans our room and toilet & bath and she makes everything tidy. The room is just perfect for us 3 (me, my husband and my 7yo daughter). There is aircon but we didn't use it coz the temperature without it is perfect.

The chairs in the room are stained and needs cleaning.

We loved where the Hotel was conveniently situated. The hotel was near a grocery store, near fast foods and near public transport (easy access to the metro and bus) which accommodated easily to our needs. Also, it is not far from the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and other beautiful places. Moreover, the staff was very welcoming and available for whatever we needed.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the walls were so thin that we can hear early in the morning what type of “activities” our neighbours were doing. Something to keep in mind, especially if travelling with family. But it was not like that every day of our stay, which is why we only deducted 1 point in the rating.

Location. Easy to get around Paris from the location of the hotel as there was a metro near by and it was in walking distance to the river and the Eiffel Tower. There was some nice clothes shops nearby to browse as well and a food market and restaurants.

The breakfast was good but after a few days of it decided to venture outside for breakfast. The room was a tiny bit small for 3 people.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and linen. Good acoustic insulation of the room, even from the busy street side. Dense curtains allow to sleep in a dark. Coffe/tea kettle in the room. Good WiFi connection. Exceptionally good location, nearby metro, lots of bars/restaurants around. Attentive staff.

Poor, poor breakfast. Very limited choice of products, strong impression (look, taste) that nothing is really fresh. Worst scrambled eggs I ever tasted – no idea what you have to add to normal eggs to arrive to that awful taste and texture. Bad coffee. Only orange juice keeps standard you would expect. Really bad surprise comparing to comfy room. Avoid, and enjoy your breakfast in any of nearby brassieres.

nice European hotel , rooms are kinda small but we didn't come to Paris to stay in the hotel . the staff is absolutely amazing ! they helped us with luggage , we came to Paris by train and were early , the property allowed us to check in before noon , the room was not. ready but they have a secure luggage roo.m and we put luggage there and walked over to Eifel tower and lunch . at the end of stay and arranged airport transportation for us , few steps away an avenue of nice classic french style restaurants , fast foods open late , 7 minutes walk to Eifel tower . train station 60 steps away to go anywhere . really a nice find , they offered umbrella on rainy day , really amazing people . will be back here for sure !

The staff were super friendly and accomodating, any questions and recommendations we needed answered were provided, they helped print our Disneyland tickets and told us what to look out for while in the city to keep us safe. The location is really good, close to food, metro station and Eiffel Tower is about a 5 minute walk. You are mostly paying for the convenience and location of the hotel.

The bathrooms and lift are super tiny but you will find that everywhere in European hotels so it is to mostly be expected. The walls are super thin as well so we could hear our neighbours television going and people upstairs having a conversation until 3 am

Great location. 10 mins to the gardens leading up to the tower. Plenty of restaurants etc close by. Hotel clean and breakfast was nice but quite simple. Would use again.

Nothing to dislike really. A nice clean hotel in a good location. Not pricey either.
