the hotel was in a great place, surrounded with atmosphere, with the metro station only a few minutes walk away and the eiffel tower within a 10 minute walk. i couldn’t fault the property in terms of service and cleanliness!

the only downfall we found to this property was the view from our room (just facing other rooms) and that you could hear everything going on outside of our room, however the other people staying here were not loud/disruptive at all so this did not become a problem😊

Amazing location, away from tourists however walking distance to all the top areas. Very close to shops and a street of great restaurants and cafes. Amazing shower.

Breakfast was pastries and cold meats. Would’ve loved some fruit or vegetables.

This was a perfect stay in a great location! It was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Metro station with so many restaurants, shops, and bakeries nearby. I would highly recommend this place!

We disliked nothing

Hotel 31 is in an excellent location. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Restaurants, shopping and Laundromat all close by. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and easy pickup points for bus tours.

Brilliant location, especially if you need to go to any expo at the Porte de Versailles. 20 mins on the metro to Ballard or 10 mins by uber Great breakfast, simple but with good products Staff very friendly Lots of nice restaurants and boutiques around the rue du commerce

The room had a stupidly small sink..and pillows could be more comfortable

The location is great. Easy walk to the Eiffel tower. We weren't in the room much as it is Paris and full of things to do. The hotel has great plug locations for charging your phones. The bed was comfortable and our room had a large shower - not something we have enjoyed to often in Europe.

The rooms are small and a chair instead of a stool would have been nice.

I'm from the Czech Republic, we were in a hotel with my mom, who doesn't speak much English. But that was no problem. I really liked how the staff behaved. They are very kind, friendly and understanding people. They were willing to help me with everything I asked them about. If you are afraid that your English is not very good, no problem. They were very nice and tried to understand. The room was always beautifully tidy and clean. Overall, I rate this hotel as perfect. Especially for someone who is in Paris for the first time, because the staff will help and advise you with everything. We enjoyed it very much and this hotel will definitely be in the first place when we visit Paris again. Thank you very much❤️

Hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement (requires 2 change of subway lines from Gare du Nord) but has 2 subway lines so it is very convenient to move around for sightseeing. It is on a shopping street with lots of shops/eateries and the area felt very safe. [NOTE: Take Line 4 + Line 8 to hotel from Gare du Nord as there is an elevator. You will need to carry luggages up the steps if you take Line 4 + Line 10 to hotel.] Room = clean, reasonable size for 3 persons with comfortable, clean beds (1 double, 1 single). Windows can be opened too to air the place. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower (we took about 20mins) and many other places too, if you don't mind walking. :)

If I have to say something: Since it requires 2 subway lines to the hotel, it can be difficult if you need to move around with luggages so be aware. I found the pillows too thin/soft but it's not a big deal at all. It was really a pleasant overall experience!

The room was nice, clean and big enough for what we wanted. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Fresh towels and bed made daily. The bathroom was very nice, clean and we enjoyed the shower. The reception staff were pleasant and very friendly. Location was close to Eiffel Tower, bout 10-15 mins walk. Shops, supermarket, restaurants all near by.

Hotel 31 is located close to everything we needed for our stay in Paris. 10min walk to view the Eiffel Tower. Even late at night, we felt safe walking back from the tower to our room. There are plenty of cafe/restaurant options within 5min walk when you exit to the right of the motel. But don’t forget to venture left down the street as well, where there is an excellent fruit shop and a bakery. The bakeries in both directions are a must try🤩. The room is very clean and tidy. The bathroom is only small, with the shower being quite narrow, but the water pressure is excellent. Having a window in the room helped us make a decision as to clothing choices each day, as we could test the weather as such upon waking. My daughter & I shared the queen bed. We each had a reasonable size luggage bag & we were able to negotiate around the room fine.
