Great staff. Pretty good food. Great location 👌

General directions arriving from Paris CDG are not particularly clear. We travelled from the UK and terminal staff we saw just kept sending us to shuttle buses that don't serve this hotel. You need to take the CDG VAL free shuttle train that goes from Terminal 2F on Level 4! I have taken photos of the location for reference for any other poor lost soul who has the misfortune of not speaking great French and having to rely on poor signage and rude airport staff. Once shuttle train is found the whole thing is a doddle. So easy 😀

Stayed at this property for my overnight transit flight, and it is located conveniently close to the Airport. A short and affordable taxi ride. I think the hotel has a convenient public shuttle also. Quick check in and check out. Rooms are adequate for an overnight transit from CDG.

There are no restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity I think. So better to equip yourself with some take away options before leaving the Airport (if arriving late at night). The hotel does have a convenient snack bar / vending outlet where immediate necessitates can be met.

Classic airport hotel. Good location, good breakfast.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Body cream were missing. The TV was not working as usual. It was very cold in the breakfast cafe. The deposit was taken at the beginning of the stay (150€ for standart room), then I waited more then week for the difference to be returned to the account.

Great location if you're planning to be near the airport. Clean, comfortable beds. I can't really fault much. It was a great stay. Breakfast was very good too. Meals: They only offer their buffet dinner which is quite pricey, but it was ok for one night as it was quite delicious. As there are no restaurants around you feel a bit trapped for food, but all we did was to get the free CDGVal to terminal 3. They have an M&S Food that sells great food at affordable prices.

The fact that they didn't have Paris tourist maps at the reception. I think all hotels in the city should offer one.

Great proximity to the airport. Room was comfortable but was small as we had to have the sofa bed made up for our daughter. Air conditioning was good, room was clean and was very quiet.

The only thing we didn’t like was the food. Dinner has to be a 3 course meal. You cannot just buy one course. Our daughter cannot have gluten and there was nothing she could eat so could not have dinner. Breakfast was the same, no options for any food intolerance or allergies. There was also little variety of anything available.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to book somewhere late in the day for 5 adults and 3 children. All staff were so helpful but especially Lubna (I think!) who checked us in after an extremely stressful day. They were so accommodating and we were able to make further reservations until we knew when we would be able to get home. After check in at 8pm-ish we were able to eat at the restaurant where again the staff were soo helpful! We later discovered you can order food from just eat and deliveroo. The breakfast included was great, especially for the kids who loved the pancakes! As a fussy eater I was able to find something to eat. Having to stay in Paris for 3 more days than expected, this was a great base for us and the team made a stressful situation that bit easier for us.

The staff was pleasant and the rooms comfortable. Although they didn't have time to fix the small problems we experienced, I feel sure they would have done whatever was needed if given the time. We just had to leave too fast to catch our flight. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful nature of the front desk staff. We would stay here again. It is convenient to the airport for early flights.

We left early in the morning and there was supposed to be a pared down breakfast option but they ran out so the 3 of us had to split a single croissant. The staff would have gotten us more if we had time but we were rushing to get to our flight so this is a soft complaint. Also, the walk to and from the shuttle was a pretty good distance. Longer than we expected. This would not keep us from staying again, just a note.

The confort and the food (I had a good night of sleep and a very good meal in the evening) The restaurant staff (on the night of my arrival) was very kind of letting me eat at 22h50.

Not related to your service, but when the shuttle train is not working, it is really not that easy to know how to get to the hotel… If you have a lot of luggage (in my case: a large suitcase, a carry-on, a sport bag and my backpack) it is a bit hard to get around since we have to put our stuff on/off the caddies a few times since certain areas are not adapted for them… I struggle a lot especially with the bus (when the shuttle train was not working) to get everything on/off the bus

Enjoyed our one night stay. Hotel location and comfort were excellent. Very clear directions on how to arrive at hotel using the airport metro. Included breakfast was good starts early.

The only issue is that they need to simplify ordering food/pizza and drinks from the restaurant in the lobby. We ordered some pizza and drinks late at night upon arrival but it was much more complicated than it needed to be and took too much time. For some reason the drinks are located across the room far away from the cashier, so when we ordered he left his till to go get the drinks, then scan them. Not sure if he was new and didn’t know what to do or what but we were left wondering why such a silly way of doing things.

Great hotel located within the area of CDG Airport which is easily accessed by the CDGVAL train to the terminals. The hotel was modern and had a sense of life within with people chatting in the common areas. The room was comfortable and clean with a fantastic shower room. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay before or following a flight.
