My stay at Sheraton was wonderful I got a very beautiful suit which was awesome, the beds were comfortable, sparkling clean, the bathrooms were clean and well equipped with the necessary items. Once again I will personally thank Joy from reception who received us with a beautiful smile 😍 thank you Joy for your kind work you are professional at your your. The food was good but abit expensive, Internet was not good yet charged expensively. The location was awesome we just walked few minutes to our departure gate. In short our stay was awesome 👌.

Location and cleanness of the hotel and nice staff

It was nice to know that the hotel was withing a few levels of the train station which made the walk to our hotel very nice. There are restaurants available within the hotel and the hotel lobby was quiet compared to the rest of the airport. The comfort level of the bed was great and the amount of room in the room was very nice.

The front desk staff really were not as welcoming as I would have expected. Also there were no lobby restrooms according to the lady at check in. Our waiter for dinner was really unprofessional and actually argued with me with what I ordered for my meal. Breakfast in the restaurant was much better however I would have like to see more food that was more protein related.

We booked this hotel because we thought it was closest to our departure terminal, but much has changed since parts of Terminal 2 are closed in preparation for the 2024 summer Olympics. The hotel is well positioned near the CDGVal train that connects all terminals and parking structures. The rooms are dated, but clean, though the mattresses could be updated. Ours was a C+ in terms of comfort (notable lumps). The bathroom had both a shower and tub if that is a need of yours. The in-house restaurant has an excellent dinner menu and reasonable prices. We did not hear any aircraft noise whatsoever while attempting to sleep there.

No USB chargers or ports, so bring your own European 220V adapter. Mattresses need to be updated (at least the one in our room). Check-in was unreasonably delayed due to the staff's inability to find our reservation (even though I brought a printed copy of it). Ultimately, it was found using my middle initial as the first letter of my last name. The Sheraton staff blamed Booking.com for that "error", though I don't know where the problem actually originated. I would have expected the staff to resolve that issue sooner than a 20-minute back-and-forth with them.

The location at the airport, close to the terminals is key. We arrived by TGV directly from the south of France to CDG, very convenient. The hotel is just upstairs from the TGV stop. The room is a good size, very comfortable bed with top quality linens.

We were traveling with our small, well behaved dog. Although dogs are allowed to stay in the rooms, they are not allowed to be in the public areas, bars or restaurants. I was made to sign an agreement that we would not take our dog into these areas. So, we had to order room service rather than have dinner and the very good breakfast buffet at the restaurant. We have traveled and stayed at many hotels with our dog and have never had to sign something like this.

I had long hot day of travel and arrived late at night. I had started unpacking before I realized that there wasn’t a shower in the bathroom, just a tub and hand held sprayer. so disappointed after a trains planes and automobiles day from Agadir-Marrakech-Casablanca-Paris because of a cancelled flight and all I wanted was a shower. too tired to go back downstairs and ask for new room. otherwise spotlessly clean and again super convenient.

The location, the view ☺️ the staff, the bed! Pillows, room service super fast: loved everything. The help at reception , with the bags. Our room was bigger than all other rooms I had before in this hotel.

That I had to leave! Lol (No shampoo no shower gel in the shower. I had to step out all wet to the other bottles at the bath tub) It would be so so great if one day, an indoor plunge pool was to be added to the property. Travelling is tiring, and oh how many times i thought when staying there: i wish i could jump in a pool to relax…

the location was perfect in terminal 2, so i can catch my flight early morning the second day.

First the customer service could not guide me or help me to reach terminal 2 coming from terminal 1 CDG and kept me online for almost 10-15 minutes, then they accommodate us in a room that was not ready and the previous guest had used the facilities, second the staff are most of them trainees where they are doing their best but they need guidance and the leadership is not in place.

This hotel is the answer to the tourist departing by air. We did not stay on arrival at CG but luckily succeeded with a very tight schedule to get our train out of the Paris Gare de Lyon with perhaps 20 minutes to spare. We spent our last evening in France at the Sheraton. We have learned the hard way that van connections with the many nice nearby hotels are complicated by luggage difficulties,early rising, and crowded elevators needed to arrive back in CDG in time for a morning flight home. This is not an issue with the Sheraton as the flight check-in is a short way down the halls.

Our only complaint was the tedious and unnecessarily prolonged check-in process.

The location of the Sheraton, right in terminal 2 of CGD Airport is excellent. Our flight was changed to leaving from Terminal 1 but that is just a short Shuttle ride from close by the Sheraton. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and my upgrade to the club package was worthwhile. We enjoyed a nice afternoon tea and drinks and snack food/drinks in the later afternoon/early evening. The reception staff member was excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful.

The cashier girl from Etoile Restaurant was very rude and made us change our mind about eating there. We arrived tired and we were waiting for our room to be ready and took the chance to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Etoile. It was about 9 am. The cashier at entrance told us rudely to wait, in a unwelcoming voice, like an order. My daughter & I look at each other and walked away.
