For the 4 hours lay over that I used the hotel for there were no issues. Reception staff were pleasant. They glossed over my poor French language skills. The room had a comfy bed and the shower was powerful enough to revive me after the shortest but comfiest of sleeps.

Not having more sleep in the comfy bed, all my fault with such a short lay over!!!

I particularly enjoyed the quick and efficient check-in process. Room was spotless and well-lit. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Soundproof to the airport noises.

Room was fabulous. Ask for one with a view of the planes taking off!

Avoid the restaurant. Overpriced for what you get and the quality is mediocre.

The staff made me feel like a real customer and provided courtesy and hospitality not seen with neighbouring hotels. The hotel is a curiosity that really fascinates, with decor around the whole hotel that can keep your eyes busy for hours. The view from my room, with enormous aeroplanes driving past, was truly a fun experience. Windows are well isolated, so there are no sound issues from outside. I am impressed with Innside by Melia.

Bathroom feels out of place, I would have separated the bathroom more from the room.. But the overall room is very good.

the hotel has a modern and beautiful decor. The room is good size and the breakfast very good.

the way out CDG is not well signed and the distance is bigger then I taught. we have to walk from the tram closest station with luggage. if it is raining the path has only a small cover. This is almost the same to all the hotels in the area.

Compact room with all the comforts, the hotel has a well-endowed gym to keep up with training, direct access using cdgval is my preferred option for Charles de Gaulle since I find vans to the airport stressful since they don't keep the schedules. The reception staff was out of this world nice and helpful. I also thought the games all around the lobby were a special treat, and the space to accommodate them confortably

The restaurant staff was a bit overwhelmed by the number of clients, leaving people without attention. My first breakfast there was nobody there, no plates, no mugs.... Second day it was perfect

Centrally located in a group of about six different hotels. Inter-terminal tram a short, easy, walk away. Hotel a bit quirky in a nice way - lobby with scattered games like air hockey, bocce, pin pong, fuss ball, etc. A hoot. If you have kids this would be a huge plus. Room large. Very nice. Great view of airport / active runways. Excellent, secure, underground parking. Housekeeping staff really capable. Good restaurant

Nothing, really. Would easily stay here again. Be sure and have a GPS, though, as street layout and signage leading up to hotel not very straight forward. Drop-off area at hotel entrance often clogged with cabs with no obvious alternative place to temporarily unload guests and luggage.

Friendly, hotel was spotless and rooms very modern! Brilliant shower and lovely hot water. Lovely garden area outside. It also enabled you to take your breakfast outside , especially on a really hot day! The hotel had been well thought out and catered for all tastes! Well done to the architects and planners! I think all guests must have appreciate that!

Lovely box for tissues but only one tissue left, also only tea, coffee and milk for one person, although did speak to house maid on our way to breakfast and that was rectified! But she had no breakfast tea. Needed a cup of tea first thing in the morning so just had to share one earl grey tea between us!

We liked everything that we paid for. In comparison to older hotels in the city center, facilities were new, clean and comfortable. The price is much more reasonable than what you pay for in the city.

The only problem is location if it is your first time in Paris and want to spend more time in the center. Train tracks were under maintenance so the trains were not as frequent. In the end we had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the train to get into a completely packed carriage. And of course it is expensive to travel 5 zones. We paid 22 euros per person for a daily ticket (and it is not a 24 hour ticket, so it can only be used on the same day regardless of when you buy the ticket). So the money to be paid on commuting should be considered. Otherwise, we were really happy to get out of the chaotic city center in the evening and it was very convenient for our next trip to get directly to the terminal and the TGV gare at the airport.

Very happy with our choice at CDG airport. Convenient and easy to locate via the airport light rail. It is a reasonable walk on footpaths (nil stairs), with covered footpath. However if it was raining I can appreciate it would very very hard to stay dry on foot. The group of hotels at this light rail airport stop have what looks to be a new green space in the middle, with a playground, exercise facilities, outdoor tables, chess boards, and a little outdoor soccer pitch. We had two connecting rooms for family which worked perfectly. Shower was the best of our hotel stays on trip. Sufficient room for large suitcases. Very comfy beds.

Restaurant service was very slow. Ambience could have been markedly improved with some music.
