The checkin was very smooth and the room was just what we expected. Dinner was good and breakfast was relaxed which was nice before ready to a crowded airport for a 9 hour flight home.

It would have been extremely helpful if the directions from terminal 2 to the hotel has been on the confirmation. We did not know that we just had to get on the CDGVAL, so paid 20€ for a taxi ride after having been to a taxis stand, being sent back to the 'hotel shuttle', etc. And we had been travelling for about 6 hours so were tired and likely a bit grumpy. We caught the CDGVAL the next morning for our flight back to Canada.

Staff are welcoming and help full .Very near with CDG airprort. We arrive at T2 and take CDGVAL train which server to airport terminals , get off at Terminal 3 and exit from gate 3 or 4 you can see ibis Styles and Pullman hotel . No ticket is require and it is free of charge. Dont confuse with airport express train .

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location for getting to/from the airport. Google Maps is helpful, as signage/directions left us guessing a little bit, but to be fair, we still found it pretty quickly. Check-in & reception staff were awesome and efficient.

The food staff for dinner and breakfast were very rude. Several instances of the staff not understanding English resulting in them simply turning their back to the speaker and ignoring them (we witnessed this happen firsthand to us and to other guests). While I appreciate that french is the primary language there, there's a reason most travelers speak English as a second language, and this kitchen staff is the only place in a month-long trip through Europe where the personnel have been so incredibly rude. We also had one kitchen staff literally push my wife out of the way while she was getting food from the buffet so the staff could clean that exact spot of the counter. And on top of it all, the food was OK at best...

It was at the airport so very handy for staying after a flight getting in late. We arrived at 1 am after our delayed flight from Edinburgh and were welcomed and able to buy snacks and get some milk for the toddler - helpful receptionist. Breakfast was included and was plentiful. We knew we had to get the free shuttle train to the hotel but couldn’t see any signs fo it, eventually we followed the signs for the normal RER trains and the CDG Val appeared on the signs as we went downstairs. it would be helpful to add that in to the hotel directions - maybe something like ‘To get to the hotel take the CDG Val, follow the signs for trains then you will see where to get on the CDG’. As I write this it seems obvious but it wasn’t after our arrival with 3 children at half past midnight!

The location was great--very convenient since I had very limited time in Paris and just needed a nice, quiet place to relax over night before an early international flight. The staff was very pleasant--including the reception personnel as well as the staff in the dining room.

There was nothing I didn't like. But if I was going to stay any longer, I would definitely like a slightly larger room. The dining room was a bit intense, so I would just make sure I ate outside or in the room next to the main dining area. My dinner was good (wish there were some more vegetarian items). Breakfast was excellent and I loved the gluten-free and non-dairy options.

Breakfast was fantastic! We liked the space and Star Wars theme. My teen liked the game room area. It was very close to hotel and trains which made it a perfect stop for a layover visit to Paris.

We couldn't really control the temperature of the room. I found it too warm, which made sleeping uncomfortable. ***We had a little bit of trouble finding the hotel- we were tired and the directions were an automatic translation of the French, and a little awkward/misleading. It is super close and easy to get to! Forget the directions in the email! Just follow signs as you leave baggage claim for hotels. Take a short free train to the stop for hotels. Come up the escalator and out of the building and you will be facing the hotel.

Perfect location - we arrived the day before our flight back home to the USA. Getting to the airport gates next morning was as simple as walking across the street and thru a small park to the airport train station - estimate that it is not more than 200 feet from hotel door to train door! The staff were very helpful and responsive - all questions and requests were answered promptly and politely! Excellent for families with children - very "unstuffy" and menu choices are basic and satisfying.

Signage on the airport roads is almost impossible to decipher - for tourists arriving by car it was very difficult to determine just where to turn, what signs to look for, and where the down ramp to the garage was located. We actually had to circle around that section of the airport FOUR times in order to figure it out! Although the property is certainly NOT responsible for the convoluted layout of the roads, a clearer map and a lengthy description on their website would be very much appreciated for those of us arriving by automobile! Please specify the two different places - where to unload and where to park - these are not the same location!

Easy to get to from CDG airport. The room was simple but pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our fare was so great! Much appreciated!

Our ceiling had water damage and was dripping water all night. They did send someone to fix it after we left. Also the sink drain was super wide and I dropped my ring down the sink. I wasn’t able to wait for maintenance to retrieve it, but I informed the front desk, and the manager messaged me back later on that day. They found my ring and kept it safe for me until I returned to Paris a few days later! I was very impressed at their willingness to help me and with how easy it was to stay in contact with them through booking.com and email.

The location of the hotel is very good with access to the airport shuttle, the RER and direct access to Terminal 3. Generally, airport hotels are soulless and I avoid them like the plague. However, the IBIS Styles is light, airy, the rooms are comfortable and not too hot - even though it was warm outside. The bar and food were competitively priced and the quality was good. I had heard good reports on the breakfast and I wasn't disappointed. The pastries are every bit as good as the reviews said and the buffet was well stocked with staff continuously bringing out more plates. I would definitely return

A really relaxed friendly place with a bar and a restaurant. perfect for a one-night stopover. close to the airport. excellent breakfast was included. I liked the bar too. I would stay here again.

bring your own usb charger as I couldn’t find any usb points in my room - odd as it’s a new building. this isn’t the property’s fault, it’s the chaotic ‘design’ of Paris CDG airport, but it’s not easy to get to from terminal 2 unless you book a taxi. terminal 3 is connected by a free train which takes you to outside the hotel, if I was arriving and departing via T3 this hotel would be perfect.
