The staff were good.

The shuttle service to airport is very limited. The last shuttle to leave for the airport was a 9.30 A.M. and no airport drop after that. Same is with pick up. The first pickup starts in the evening 5.30 P.M. (nothing before that). Very inconvienent for people reaching in the morning or leaving in the night. Taxi will cost around 35 euros.

The hotel is located approximately in 1,5 km from the airport, named after Charles De Gaulle. It is convenient to spend one night before our early morning flight. It is clean, convenient, and comfortable enough. There are many people wishing to stay in this hotel, so staff at the reception is always busy. There is a very good dinner - buffet from 19.00 to 22.30. The food is various and tasty enough. The price for the buffet menu for entre + plat is 24,90 Euro, with deserts - 29,90 Euro. We refused for breakfast for 14,50 Euro, because we were leaving at 05.30 by taxi, and had coffee in the room.

Transfer to the hotel from the CDG airport is from terminal 2, between the D and B areas as it was described in the instruction sent to us. We did not wait for the shuttle bus and took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the cost was 20 Euro. The next morning, the shuttle bus was fully booked at 05.30, and we also ordered a taxi, the cost was 25 Euro. So please be prepared to pay more fie the taxi.

The place was very clean and checkin was a breeze. The food was really good as well.

The key had to be reset several times. It just had issues working. It was difficult using the shuttle service. Booking was hard because it was all in Italian so I couldn't read it. The instructions weren't very well written either. It was very difficult to find where the shuttle pick up was because the instructions were very confusing, and written as if I was familiar with the airport. Additionally, it advertised that the shuttle service was 7 euros per person, but it charged it 14 euros.

The restaurant on site was great. I wish there was an option “ à la carte” for dinner as I don’t eat a lot when I travel, so buffet style is a waste of money. The food was really good and the staff was amazing. The room was cleaned and the amenities looked new, and functional. The mattress was not super comfortable to my taste, but the room was super quiet and I slept well. I will come back when traveling back from CDG. They overbooked the minivan for the following morning pick up to the airport, but within minutes I rode in a private taxi and got to the airport on time. Really good customer service!

Our overnight stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We only stayed for one night due to our flight the next day, but everything went smoothly. The room amenities were fitting and comfortable. However, the highlight was the hotel's restaurant and its diverse menu. The food was prepared on-site and was truly delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and competent, adding to the overall pleasantness of our short stay. Additionally, the location was ideal – we reached the airport comfortably in just 10 minutes with an Uber. A thoroughly positive experience that we are happy to recommend. We stayed one night prior to our flight home. It was a nice little property! We actually had a car that we were dropping off so we checked in, dropped our luggage and then drove to the airport to drop our rental car. Took the hotel shuttle back from the airport for 7 euro/person. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the shuttle back to the airport the next morning as it was already full. The last shuttle to the airport was 9:30am. It would be nice to have the option of some later times. Anyhow, our room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. However, the rug was stained and the air conditioner did not work. Because our room was on ground level, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the window open to get fresh air. Staff were all very helpful. We had the evening buffet, which was very well done. So was the morning breakfast buffet, although we opted for the continental breakfast of croissant and coffee. The hotel had a very nice, relaxed vibe. We enjoyed it.

Just that the air conditioning didn’t work and that the shuttle to the airport only ran till 9:30am.

Rooms were spacious Hot water and tea material available 2 options for breakfast 14euro and 4 euro which was very convenient Lunch also available at 11 Euros ( although I didn’t ve it so don’t know about the spread ) Staff was helpful

We had a night flight so wanted to extend the timings They charged 15 euro extra but let us know if the timings after we made payment They extended by 3 hours and we had to sit in the lobby post 3 pm Also the staff would keep knocking at the door exactly at 12 and 3 pm to check out from the room which was very irritating

Just the perfect fit for travellers looking for reasonably priced accomodation near CDG airport. It is by no means a luxury hotel and dont expect any bells and whistles. However, it is conveniently located in a nice quiet area, with good size rooms and all the essential modern facilities. The check in and check out were fast and the staff helpful. It has all the essentials covered for a night before or after your flight. Shuttles operated to and from terminal 2B at reasonably good frequency but we found the Uber cheaper.

The breakfast could be a little better for the price

Friendly staff, both at check in and during check out. They were very responsive via email too. The room size was as you would expect for this price range, and it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'm a very light sleeper but I could rest fully. This was an excellent choice for an overnight stay before catching an early plane and I will definitely book there again next time.

If I had to be nit-picky, I would say that the bathroom smelled of vinegar, which may be due to the type of detergent they used. It did not bother me though and the smell was undetectable from the bedroom once the bathroom door was closed.

Comfortable beds, very helpful staff, good food choices if dinner a little on the expensive side. I liked the outdoor garden areas with sofas to sit on. Also easy to reach from the airport with bus 702 for €2.50 each way every half hour throughout the day, less than 10 minutes walk to the bus stop in the village. If you have an hour or two, the village is lovely with beautiful gardens and an excellent patisserie.

The shuttle bus only runs from 6.30pm to 9.30pm the evening and 6.30 to 9.30am in the morning and checkout is midday, €7 each way. Quite a hike to find it on fourth floor at Terminal 2D. Easier to take airport shuttle to bus station at Terminal 3 and the 702 bus to 20 Arpent as above.
