Location was the most important thing for me. I could walk to Poitiers hospital in less than 15 minutes. Room had a great view and was really clean. Great shower and massive space for me. Nice little desk for me to write hotel reviews on while watching the traffic and open land beyond. Two decent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and there was a reduction in price if you showed your bill from the hotel.

Breakfast could have been a little more exciting. Needed more fruit than just apples and maybe something hot. Can’t think of anything else negative.

Hotel is clean with free parking . Breakfast was good. Nearby (in 4 min by walking distance) there is a good French restaurant Bateau Ivrre - you get there 10% discount as hotel's guest. For fast food fans - McDonalds is on front of the hotel.

Too close to highway - could be noisy (depending on which side of the building your room is located).

Room was clean, parking was very good. We chose it as it was dog friendly and had onsite parking.

We could not have breakfast as our dog could not go in the breakfast room. This was disappointing as the breakfast looked very good and good value. It is a pity they could not allow dogs with their owners in one part of the breakfast room.

we could find the hotel easily it has good secure parking the room was very clean and tidy and was large enough to feel spacious the bathroom was very nice the staff are all very helpful and speak English The Breakfast is very good value and has a good selection we will stay here again when we return to France well recommend and Dog friendly to!.

Breakfast was simple and good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend. There are restaurants around which you can get to by walking. Food is good.

I think if you didn't have a car, it is a little difficult to access.

I have stayed in the hotel for probably ten years when travelling from Spain to Scotland - therefore it must be good!

The breakfast egg machine wasn't at full temperature - but if that's all I have to moan about, the hotel must be good

Quiet large rooms, carpeted. Very friendly reception. Discount at restaurant next door. Very close to highway. English Channel!!! Yay!!! Pet friendly at reasonable rate.

No coffee vending machine ( as in most Ace hotels).

Really nice room, clean with plenty of space, good air conditioning. Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast. Restaurant next door had a good selection of food. Good for an overnight stop.

Very helpful receptionist, booking into the hotel was very easy. The room was very clean and bathroom & shower were excellent. Plenty of secure parking and good continental breakfast served from 6:30am
