Staying with Janine's was one of the high points of the trip I took with my parents this summer. Communication was perfect, from before the check-in until the check-out it was very easy to keep in touch. She was one of the nicest hosts we ever had (extra points for Gaspard, the cutest dog). The chateau is very cozy and charming (reminded me of the italian villa of the movie "call me by your name"). We stayed in a large bedroom on the first floor, well-lit, spatious and confortable, with a nice bathroom. Our daily breakfast was also very good, with delicious pastries. Would definitely reccomend!

I believe it is a place mainly for those travelling by car, considering it is not exactly close to the center of Arles. The rest was impeccable, I have no further commentaries or observations.

Lovely heritage home, nicely restored. Janine was a great host, very pleasant and helpful. We appreciated being able to use the fridge and kitchen. Bed was super comfortable.

Our only negative comment would be about the breakfast. It was boring and had very little substance. We had the same bread/croissants and jam every morning. When heading out for a long active day, it would have been better to have had hard boiled eggs or yogurt, and some fruit. And juice. (Like in the photos on the website). We had to buy items to augment.

Excellent stay. A nice and very large room. Great breakfast. Very kind and helpful host. Ideal position to visit the region and the city centre is only 5 minutes away by car. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Arles.

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Janine is a gracious host and you feel comfortable instantly. The breakfast is very good and it was served in the garden. Our room was very big and comfortable.

The house is closed to the center, but it's not the best location I would say. You need a car to get to the center

Excellent breakfast! Janine is an excellent hostess who makes you feel at home. Her advice helped us to enjoy and appreciate the city more than before. This was our fourth time coming to Arles but this trip was the best thanks to Janine. We’ll go back again. It’s worth a detour.

None. Everything was perfect.

The house is located close to the city but still very peaceful. There is enough space in the garden and also in the rooms to feel very comfortable. Janine is a very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was great. All of this made the stay very enjoyable for us.

Friendly owners who gave good tips for restaurants and surroundings. Good and fresh French breakfast. Big family rooms. Nice books and games available. We could use the fridge in the kitchen. Big towels in bathroom.

On the Booking site and Booking confirmation airco was included. But the airco in our room did not work. We asked for a fan but that was not available either. It was very hot in the room day and night so we spent there as little time as possible and we did not sleep well. Very often the toilet flush did not function well. The used toilet paper had to be thrown in a basket but that basket was not emptied the second day. In the edges and corners of the shower quite a lot of mold/fungus.
