Walking distance to old town, near the large park with walking and running trails, parking nearby.

Advertised 2 pm check-in so I scheduled us to be at hotel at 2, before our champagne tasting reservations. We were told at the reception that check in is not until 3 pm. We had to “waste” an hour which really messed up or plans. Upon entering our room the information sheet again stated a 2 pm check in time. I did alert the front desk to have this updated so others would not be in the same predicament we were in. We will see because we return in September for another stay. The hotel is nice, a few quirks, but we do recommend it as a very good hotel.

Very helpful staff. Room was very clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety and good value at 10.50 €. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station. Most of the sites in Reims are a short walk away or a short bus/tram ride with a stop in front of the hotel.

The toilet was in a very small space. A large person would have difficulty using it. They are in the process of renovating the bathrooms so this may be remedied in the future.

The hotel had everything we wanted and needed, was great value without being the standard franchised big chain hotel. had some lovely what I imagine were original features but our room had been refurbished to a lovely standard. little extra quirks like a stand of umbrellas to borrow for a rainy day, a parking disc to park for free and a secure front entrance that you are given a code for when you check in .

The beds could have been a little more comfy.

The hotel was clean, welcoming and very well maintained. The location was a ideal, near to the station, public transport and the Promenade. it was both dog and E-vehicle friendly. Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but absolutely fine. Had all the staples. my family of three will certainly come back when the opportunity arises!

all was great, honestly. if I had to choose something to criticise it would be that there is still too much plastic and packaging at breakfast. But we appreciate that eliminating plastic poses many challenges. Also would be helpful to say if the electric car charger is owned by the hotel or is a public/pay charger. I phoned and asked and received the answer (it’s public/pay), and no issues arose. but it could be that the hotel advertises on Booking.com that it has a charger, but - if it’s actually a public one - someone may be using it or it’s broken down and the hotel actually has no control or voice in that. But this is overall a minor issue. great hotel for v good price!

Exceptional service from staff at reception.Both room and breakfast very good.Interior of building done to a high standard. Good location handy for the tram service.

First Impressions count and unfortunately the exterior of the building does not give a fair indication of how good it is inside

the room had a lovely view and was very clean. We were allowed to leave our bags at the reception too after checking out which was nice.

the AC didn’t quite work, there was no bin in the bedroom (only a tiny bathroom bin), no kettle or fridge. This wasn’t a great problem for us but perhaps that’s something to be aware of.

location 10 min. walking distance to center, breakfast very good , staff very nice, free parking 50 m away, good restaurant 150 m away, one of Reims champagne houses 10 m away ....

weather ... but that has nothing to do with the hotel ... :-) ; seriously, all was ok

Clean, comfortable, as you'd expect. Convenient for train station, not too long a walk to town.

Oddly have to call to get in as reception not always manned, strange for hotel of this size. Air con was broken, had to use a temporary unit with window open.

Very close to the main station, great value for money in the champagne region! The staff also allowed us to check in early, which I appreciated as I had a long day of travel when I arrived in Reims. Building has an elevator, which is uncommon for a building of this kind in France. Cannot comment on breakfast because we didn't take it.

Minimal toiletries provided

Basic room with good bed and bathroom. Good airconditioning so you dont have to open the window hearing the Cars on the busy road. Nive for a couple of nights.

Hotel is situated at a busy road. Parking naar hotel is free for 5 hours so you have to use your parkingclock and change thevtime aftershave 5 hours. Its not the most beautifull aerea of Reims.
