the best western is in the city centre of Reims, the parking lot for your car is right at the beginning of the street where the hotel is located. The location is stunning. The hotel itself was in an old building, parts of it were renovated for example the fairly small but well equipped breakfast area, parts looked fairly outdated like for example the hallways. In the rooms the bathrooms were recently redecorated, but the bed room itself showed its age with some peeling/loose wall paper for example. it was very quiet.

in need of some modernisation, but this most likely made it so affordable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with the little things one needs, kettle, shampoo, warmth, nice bed, etc. Location is super central. Moments away from Notre Dame and on a pedestrian area so all restaurants near by. City hotel, not silent, but very convenient. Breakfast served as a buffet. While it’s compact, there is everything there. Nice choice, well laid out, cozy atmosphere. Staff very friendly both at check in and check out. No irritation or long procedures. And most importantly, my dog was allowed in the hotel and the rooms! He loved it. Thank you

This isn’t going to impact anyone’s stay, but the hallways to the rooms (although with nice carpets and painted walls) could be a bit more cozy.

The property is in a superb location right in the middle of the city and near bars and restaurants. We stayed one night as a stop off so that was perfect for us. Hotel was clean and well organised with friendly staff

Our only problem was parking as we had a roof box on the car and the car park opposite had a maximum height below ours. This is not the hotels fault though. We found some street parking which worked

The location is perfect, in the centre, many restaurant around, the cathedral and the champagne houses few minutes walk, the underground parking (Enrol) is very convenient, cheap and save, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The double room is very small, but for 1 night or the weekend is ok. It’s a good value for money.

The breakfast area is small and not attractive. I recommend one of many places with the terraces around.

The hotel is in a great location. The main tourist locations are an easy walk. The hotel is situated on a beautiful street with many shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. It was everything I was looking for. The hotel is not fancy, but I was not interested in amenities. It was a great value for the price. The front desk was fluent in English.

If you want a fancy bar or restaurant in the hotel, don't stay here. It is and older hotel and a bit cramped, but that didn't bother me.

staff were super helpful, good location, when the windows were closed the room was very quiet, very central and walking distance to all the shops, attractions and the train station. We had 4 rooms for 6 nights, with a range of ages and it was ideal for our visit.

there wasn’t much to dislike - the room and hotel was as we had expected. however, a lounge or communal seating area with some sofas or easy chairs would have been a bonus.

Fantastic location to explore Reims. Clean hotel rooms and shared areas. Good size rooms and fully catered bathrooms. Welcome bottle of free water in the room. Very good value for money.

The bathroom doors slide and didn't shut properly all the time. They could also be heard from the room next door as they often needed slamming or moving forcibly to close.

Very clean accommodation.—good hot water provision, télévison worked—very polite, appropriately friendly and efficient staff. The citrus and water drink on offer at the reception desk in the event was a refreshing treat and a nice attention. We especially appreciated that the reception staff permitted access to our room when we arrived early on business. We also appreciated that staff stored our luggage for us when we had to depart early for a day of business activities.

I am used to a more elegant hotel but I appreciated the cleanliness, location and efficiency of this hotel. Although the hotel is in the center of a lively entertainment area, our room was very quiet. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Great breakfast, Great staff, Great location, we were able to walk to all three champagne houses. Easy to find and public parking right under it. Lots of great stores and restaurants around. On a walking street.

We put the towels where we were told, so they wouldn't clean them and they still cleaned them, we wanted to save water.

Location is within a short walking distance of the train station and in a very nice area with many restaurants. 10-15 min walk to the cathedral.

I’m in good shape but I don’t believe that there is an elevator and the steps are fairly steep and narrow. I stayed on the 4th floor which is actually the 5th level (ground floor is level zero). Would recommend the first floor if you have trouble with stairs.
