Lovely setting in a large forest/ park. Loved that there was a sitting area where we could have some wine, play cards and just relax. A great place to stop on our way to Frankfurt Airport. Staff was very helpful, and friendly. Nice breakfast. Air Conditioning!!

Room and decoration was a little "tired". I booked the room because there was A/C and an elevator, however, only the new building has the elevator, which we did not get. Had to haul my heavy bag upstairs, but at least we had A/C, not all rooms have it. Room was small and could use some updating, but comfortable. ( I guess the big spacious rooms are in the new area). I would definitely stay here again, the good outweighs the bad.

The location and scenery around the castle are amazing, ideal if you are looking for a calm getaway with the option of taking nice walks around the property at different times of the day, additionally to being relatively close to the Christmas markets in case you are visiting around Christmas time (a car would be needed though). As for the rooms, they are spacious, have nice views, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. Would definitely book again in the future

Breakfast is tasty but not very varied (it would have been nice to have eggs, sausages, and other hot options alongside the numerous cold ones).

wonderful setting in the green part of Strasbourg. not far from the city but far enough to feel calm and relaxed. we stayed in the newly refurbished part of the hotel (parc).our room was very big and comfortable and we had a nice terrace overlooking the garden. the breakfast buffet was generous and diverse. since we were travelling with a baby the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we are very grateful for that. we will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

there was a small issue with the heating in our room. in fact, it was slightly too warm. apart from that all was perfect!

Good location to explore Strasbourg (five minute drive to tram station). Tram is only 4Euro for up to seven people when using the Boecklin park and ride station. Excellent grounds and access to parkland for walking our two dogs. Comfortable and relaxed lounge area which we used during the evening. Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of parking, and good access to cycle routes for Strasbourg and surrounding area.

While the room we stayed in was in a very nice annex of the Chateau, we were disappointed that we were not staying in the actual chateau itself.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was very rich, it had great coffee, fresh fruits and fresh baked bread. You also can walk around the premises of the hotel which is just stunning. It's quiet and in the middle of nature. I would recommend to go by car since it's a bit outside of the city center of Strasbourg, you have great parking opportunity at the hotel itself. We had a great experience over all and are looking forward to come again.

They don't have a restaurant (for dinner f.i.) themselves so we had to look for a restaurant. They give suggestions, which look great but we were quite unlucky. The restaurants were either closed or full so we had to drive around a lot just to come back to the hotel with an empty stomach. What you can do though is order food on Uber Eats f.i. and let it get brought to you at the hotel, so it was okay in the end. Just reserve and plan ahead to eat somewhere :)

Location was magical. Beautiful grounds to walk in on a lovely summer night. The Chateau itself was beautiful with authentic features you would expect from staying in an 18th century Chateau. Next door there was somewhere to have a nice cocktail and some food which was terrific. The room was very big and the bed was very comfortable as well has modern amenities (modern bathroom, TV, internet etc).

There was one door that had been broken off its hinges. Wasn't a massive problem but just for aesthetics, I would have had that fixed before a customer arrived.

This Chateau is simply superb! The building is beautiful, the room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had a nice little outside area to sit and relax without being overlooked. This history of the chateau is fascinating and it’s so nice to see how the grounds are enjoyed by the locals. The grounds are gorgeous, a lovely place to walk about. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so welcoming and so helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. They helped us get a taxi into the city centre and reserved a table for us at a wonderful restaurant. There was complimentary water and truffles in our room as well as a treat for our dog and an extremely reasonably priced mini bar. There’s a self-service bar area also which is a pretty room with a piano and complementary tea and coffee which is a beautiful space. There’s certainly something very special about this place, I look forward to going back when I’m next in Strasbourg.

An atmospheric hotel located in a park area on the outskirts of Strasbourg. We stay there not for the first time (both times in December). The hotel is maintained in the style of a manor, great attention is paid to the decor, incl. themed Christmas. Of course, in some places the decoration of the premises is already tired, but the hotel remains cozy. The rooms are not big, but comfortable, with a beautiful view (we had a park area, it was magical in the morning frost). The hotel has very nice romantic lounge areas. The SPA area with a sauna and a hammam deserves special attention: everything is thought out and conducive to relaxation. Nice responsive staff.

Our three-day stay with my husband went really well. The castle is rich with history, the owners have made it into a liveable place to stay. The breakfast was good quality with a lot of cheese options. The winter decorations have made it us feel, like in a fairytale. The common rooms look really classy, and this is definitely the type of stays one remembers.

Although these are minor things that have not impaired our stay much, but two things I did not like. You should be more attentive to the guests' information, for I chose to stay at your hotel for my birthday. It was the first time to me not to at least get a "happy birthday" greeting. Second, I would recommend you to check your water heaters, for I almost got burned during shower because of the drastic self-change in a water temperature.

Amazing huge Château in a lovely park just outside Strasbourg. All so clean and well decorated. Beds and pillows huge and comfy. Breakfast lovely, continental but plenty choice. Fresh bread and pastries. No evening meals but went to the bistro at the end of the drive at the owners recommendation and it was amazing food at a very reasonable price. The hotel had free tea and coffee in a separate lounge area or seating outside...Nice idea. Wish we could have stayed longer so we will return.

Just that there was no lift and we were on the second floor. However, we knew this before we went and there are some ground floor rooms with ramps etc.available. Nothing else, it was so lovely we can't recommend it enough. Thanks for letting us share your home.
