The hotel is located in a very quiet area, ovelooking Parc de l'Orangerie. The staff was quite friendly, decent breakfast (but no vegetables or fruit), big room with a little kitchen (some tea bags but no coffee), nice balcony although the door to the balcony was quite a challenge to open.

This is not a bad hotel but definitely not a four-star one. The rooms are large but a bit shabby (furniture, carpet, kitchen facilities) and in need of modernisation. The wifi is also weak.

There is a kitchen, but it's a bit difficult to cook since there is no chopping board, no knife that can actually cut or no spatula to stir the pan. There's also no soap to do dishes so if you want to stay for only one or two nights you wouldn't want to buy all these appliances yourself. Other than that this little apartment is a great and comfortable option in a nice neighborhood! The pictures on booking show a big rooftop balcony but we got a 3rd floor normal balcony, no problem for us, but just good to know for other guests to have the right expectations.

Quiet room, helpful staff

It was a minor inconvenience that the card stopped working twice. Also, it was my first time using this card system, and there were no instructions that I have to insert the card into a slot to get electrocity, and the room was dark, so I couldn't even really investigate that slot. It would be nice to ask quests if they are familiar with the card system or incluse the insteuctions on the card.( I might have missed the insteuctions, but I looked for them after it and didn't find anywhere)

The staff were all just so lovely especially Wilfred! He is incredibly professional and kind - such a star. The continental breakfast was great, the bed linen was crisp and the location is great. The only negatives were that while the room was clean, there was some deep dirt from the age of everything, if that makes sense. Like, the carpet had a lot of stains and by my daughter's bedside it was sticky and it freaked her out. And, that the wifi is really really slow. Other than that it was great.

The location is great, very close to the European Parliament and just across the Parc de l'Orangerie. The rooms were spacious and clea, breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. One of the rooms on the fifth floor had a very nice view over the cathedral and spacious terrace.

We booked the superior suites to be able to use the sofa bed and unfortunately the latter vas very uncomfortable, espescially for two people. I would reccommend it for children or single use.

I have been staying at this great place for several years because of the fine location and comfortable conditions. The staff is very helpful snd friendly, very professional, speaks several languages. Also I appreciate the possibility to pay for the breakfast separately from staying

The conditioner in the room is a little bit noisy. I prefer the room to be cleaned at least 1 time while staying without asking.

Large room with very nice baloney. Very friendly staff in the reception who happened to speak several languages (english, france, persian, turkish). Easy to find a park place along the street in front of the building

Although had a Deluxe Double Room with double bed, but the bed was very narrow (max 140 cm). The room was quite old and worn out. Do not expect shiny and sparkling furnitures in the room. Although there was a small kitchen corner in the room but there was not a single tea bag or coffee to make yourself

Very big apartment, clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, quiet. A lot of parking places for free on the street, a nice restaurant nearby and a store and pastry places very close. Park de l’ Orangerie is a beautiful place for walking. There is a bus station 10 min walk from the hotel or you can choose to walk 30 min to city center. The staff very friendly and helpful.

My room was very spacious and came with a little kitchen, and there was a balcony that allowed me to have tea outside in the morning with a view into a little courtyard. The hotel is near a park and a bunch of different restaurants. Convenient! Staff were accommodating when I lost my keycard.

A bit of a trek from the nearest coach stop but that's not the hotel's fault.

The reception were very kind and helpful at all times. the apartment was a bit smaller than the pictures make it look but it was still spacious and the balcony was very big. loved how close it is to the Orangerie and parking was easy around the property
