The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooftop bar was very nice for a nightcap. The location is great, we walked into town, about 25 minutes. There's a Carrefour city next door and places to eat nearby. The concert hall was just a 7 minute walk for us. The bed was huge and comfortable. The TV was also large. Overall we were happy with our stay here and would return.

The parking- the hotel has no parking and the neighbouring parkhaus isn't guaranteed to be available, but we were lucky and we got in anyway. The room is nicely designed, but design trumped functionality at times. For example, the toilet had a sliding door that wasn't fully sealed, so you can hear every 'movement'. The shower is reached via the toilet.

When we first got to the hotel it had a small entrance so we thought this would be a small room. We were very surprised as when we got there it was a nice modern room with even lights for the dresser. It was cozy and had a street view, and everything was well-maintained inside the room. It was kind of an open layout for a hotel room where there was no one space only dedicated to the bathroom but it was actually quite nice. We had a pleasant stay as the bed was really comfy and all of the lights were adjustable to our sleep.

There were no slippers available in this hotel. This is not the first time we stayed at a Mariott property so having it not provided was a big question mark for us.

Very nice, brand new hotel in close proximity of the European Parliament. Position is great since there is a tram stop close by. Also it's a walking distance from the center of the town. Rooms are modern and clean, staff is very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

I was surprised that hotel lacks maintenance. Small things are damaged or missing, like door doesn't close properly, electricity wires handing from the wall.. It doesn't bother much but for such a new building is not promising.

Super comfortable and spacious room with fridge and good sized shower unit. Staff most welcoming and eager to assist with any queries or advice about travelling around city. Tram/bus just across road from hotel, just few stops into Strasbourg centre. Really quiet area so great sleep every night. Would definitely choose to stay again when in Strasbourg.

Great facilities, modern and nicely planned. Clean and comfortable

The toilet is not really separate from the room, the door is really like a decoration. It would be nice to have a couple of plates in addition to already present mini kettle, 2 mugs and 2 glasses. The curtains were in wrong order with transparent curtain further from the window then solid curtain. But those are all minor and nice to have/fix things, the experience was very positiv.

The hotel is clean and new. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was diverse.

I found it weird the hotel asked for a substantial deposit amount to be blocked on my card, but nowhere was it mentioned it requires so. Usually just your card is enough for deposit. If someone does not have this amount it might become ab uncomfortable situation.

The hospitality is second to none. The staff are very polite and helpful. The room are biggest compare to other places that I have been staying in the past. I shall recommend it to anyone who came here for a short-break or work.

I have not seen other floors, but the carpet on the third floor looks a bit unusual as if it was flooded before or what caused the coloured?

Good location, very comfortable and spacious bed. Nice staff.

There were some issue with air-conditioning (we reported it, and although it was kind of working temperature in the room was above 25). Looks like it was not only our room problem, as in the bar and the restaurant it also was too stiff and hot. Only the reception area was appropriate.

Staff and facilities were awesome. Also the gym is well equipped. Terrace and restaurant with a nice view of the city. Location of the hotel 30 min walking distance to the city center and very well connected via tram

Rooms design could be better to offer more privacy, toilet and shower. The breakfast variety was limited,

everything was neat and tidy! the fact the cleanliness was spot on! bed was comfy. overall it was great hotel.

I didn’t like the fact we couldn’t order room service. My partner and I were tired from along day and we wanted to eat but the restaurant closes so early and we expected it to be open till late. The pillows in the room were not comfortable to sleep on!
