- Excellent location just across bridge from city centre and a short bus trip to the train station - Bed was comfortable and had reading light and charging port - Toilet and shower were separate in the room which was nice as didn’t need to wait much to use them - Restaurant and bar downstairs - Wifi was good - Clean

- Shower water pressure wasn’t great - Expensive for what you get in the room, very basic - No lockers for belongings in room - No privacy curtains - Room was quite small - No A/C or fan in room so got quite hot

The hostel is clean and has comfortable beds. Good location a tad out of the main centre (10min by foot, maybe?). Breakfast is buffet style and has a wide selection for being a hostel. Even more variety on Sunday. Only not so great thing: it didn't have a social hostel vibe and the people working didn't seem to be too motivated. Also, we were told by one of the staff the bar will be open all night and later, at around 22h30, the night concierge, told us it was closed. After telling this to the same guy the next day, he was like :"naah, the bar is open all night but you won't be served alcoholic beverages after midnight, of course."

No hand towel in the private three bed room.

I liked the feel of security in the hostel. There was good storage in the room and for early check-in and late check out. I was able to store my bag for the day because my train was in the evening. I liked the feel of the room and the climate control. The bathroom was spotless and cleaned every day. The room was cleaned and was nice to relax in. I also took advantage of the communal spaces to read in and enjoy. The accessibility to downtown and major tourism spots was good, about 10 to 15 minute walk from Les Halles, the cathedral, Place de la Republic, trams, restaurants and shopping. I liked that it was a quiet and more residential part of town.

The bed was very uncomfortable and too firm. The pillow was very flat and unsupportive, maybe it's just me, but I prefer a softer mattress and bigger pillow (I've had both in other hostels so I know they exist with the plastic coverings)

This time, the shared room is big for just three people. Cleanliness, friendly and welcoming reception, nice lobby, common Tv room, central location are all positive

This nice room does not have lockers, it just has shelves. I know they also offer luggage storage slots outside the room. But it would be easier to store laptops and some valuables just in the room without requiring a large luggage space. Also, I don’t know why this is the case for just the 1st floor. The previous week, I was in the second floor and lockers were equipped.

In general, the room or the common area are clean, way better than the other hostel I've been to. There is also a foyer to go into the bedroom, which really useful when someone go back late without disturbing others. The counter staff is also really helpful and approachable.

The counter staff in night shift was not that friendly, when I ask if there's any hair dryer that I can borrow, he seemed He indifferent and said that all our hair dryers have been borrowed, not even trying to help me to find one, so turns out not blow dry my hair before going to bed, and even woke up the next day with a slight headache... I really recommend to provide hair dryer in every room or at least make sure you have enough item to lend.

The hostel was clean, light and comfortable. The shared space and room looked new. The rooms are big and the one I was in had two bathrooms which is always a plus. Every bed had their own shelf, light and socket. There are free toiletries and a towel. The matress was good but the pillow is too flat. There is a bar and common space in the ground floor as well as a restaurant and game room. The vibe is more business than homely.

The only thing I was missing is the laundry room. Besides that I liked everything else.

Location was great, close to both the train station and the old town. The price, compared to all the hotels around it, was much more reasonable, though still expensive for a hostel. The lobby, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The female 4-person dorm room had its own bathroom. There was staff in the lobby 24/7, so I felt very safe as a solo traveller.

No lockers in the dorm rooms. The room was not ready for 3pm check-in, and I was asked to wait for 30 minutes. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation cost (and is too expensive to be worth buying on site).

Unfortunately, we missed our breakfast because it was not clear to us what time we should take it (by 09:30 the restaurant was closed and that was not apparent in the booking.com advertisement nor the hotel's policy). When we asked why we could not take our breakfast the moment we did not know how early it was offered, the receptionist asked us if, during our check-in day, we took a ticket for our breakfast. We told her that we had not taken such a ticket, no one offered us such a ticket. So we told her that we expect that we do not get charged for the breakfast as in booking.com the breakfast was included in the room booking.

The fact that we did not take breakfast due to not knowing information.

From the get-go, everything went smoothly. The staff was super helpful, went out of their way to explain everything, we had a place to put our bikes and good tips for the evening within minutes. There is a lovely little bar where there is always someone 'on call' to help you out and, if needed, offer a beverage or some food. Very very nice is also the little garden in the back where one can relax after a long day of explorations. The breakfast is quite fabulous!

Clean room, very nice hostel in a beautiful building, wjth a spacious lobby, a nice bar and a lot of common spaces to hang in (even 2 pianos!) the room I stayed in was small but very clean, and the bunk beds are comfortable. Also very friendly staff in the lobby.

The room was very small for 6 beds (advertised as a room for 4), so with the angled roof on the 4th floor it felt a little cramped. But it's still a hostel so not that big of a deal, especially for a shirt stay
