Very well situated for a walk into the centre of Strasbourg. Great staff. The lounge was beautifully interior-decorated and comfortable, especially after a long day walking around the local sites. It was a blessing to have aircon in our bedroom as it was so hot. Very good breakfast.

Parking could have been easier. We were staying for three nights and would have liked to have had a proper wardrobe and chest of drawers. We used the spare bed to lay out our clothes.

Convenient hotel in street just outside the historic city centre, little more than five minutes' stroll from the opera house and ten minutes from the cathedral and art museums. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice of sweet and savoury foods, served in atmospheric breakfast room. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was a bit awkwardly located on the upper floor, beyond the reach of the lift. Bathroom was a bit small. When I arrived printer was out of order and I couldn't get an invoice after paying the bill. Nothing major wrong with it though.

The room was quite small for a double compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The decor of the passage ways and stairs is very dark. If it were my hotel I would be using a much lighter paint. Only a few hangers in clothes hanging area, no drawers to put clothes in.

very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, central place, close to city centre, rich breakfast in a very nice and cozy vaulted cellar, comfortable big double bed, we certainly will stay again.

the room could have been bigger, but not a problem at all for a few nights. the ventilation system was slightly noisy

It was a good location and had two rooms in one, which worked well for a family. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Nothing, a tea/coffee facility in the room would have been perfect, but it's not such a common thing outside the UK.

Its within the city center. Staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast could be improved. We stayed 3 nights with breakfast but we were offered same variety of breakfast. Minimal cold cuts and no scrambled eggs. Only breads.

This hotel is on the edge of the German area and a very short walk to the main shopping area, the cathedral, and lots of great people watching, not to mention eating. The rates are reasonable. Breakfast was ok. Clean, nice staff, quiet.

This was a great location for touring Strasbourg. It was an easy walk into town.. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. We had a nice breakfast. They had a large social area downstairs making it easy for some of us to socialize & read while others napped upstairs in our rooms.

Great room and bathroom for the price. Very well located close to the central station and a quick walk to the Cathedral.

The only thing I would change is that the doors were really not sound proof. We could hear the loud neighbors when they came and left from their room through the narrow corridor we shared.

Staff was friendly...location is perfect close to everything 👌

They should do a sometimes..a general cleaning of the room...vacuuming well every corner.
