Fantastic location, in a nice square with lots of trams and a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. 24 hour desk apart from the odd few minutes where the staff took breaks. Helpful and pleasant staff.

A few breakfast items ran out very early on each day, and they were always the same ones so this should be easy to address. There were a couple of other minor irritations. I stopped leaving my key with them after a few days as twice there was no-one at the desk when I wanted to get back into my room. Had to ask 3 times for the shower gel to be replenished. Small things that stopped it being 10/10.

Location is excellent. The cleaning is excellent. Technology is absolutely new. Everything is working wonderful. The bed is comfy. Everything is comfy. The check-in is extremely fast and the person on the reception is very responsive.

The person on the reception didn't give all necessary information about the room and services so I had to go down to the reception for several times. Also, there were only disposable cups in the room, therefore, I had to go down to the reception desk once more for normal cups and spoons. I am not satisfied with this. Otherwise, everything was great!

The location is perfect for exploring lovely Strasbourg on foot - and only a 12-minute walk from the station. The hotel is on a busy square and trams ran under my little balcony, so it‘s not quiet (though closing the windows and doors if that matters would help!). These old European hotels tend to be a bit crooked and creaky and cramped - it’s part of their charm. But the water pressure in the (tiny) shower was great and the bed was unusually comfortable. Bonus: a kettle is provided.

The decor isn‘t going to win any prizes!

I really loved my single room 403. The bed was comfortable and the view amazing. I loved looking out at the churches and the Christmas tree each night as I listened to jazz being played though my window. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They brought me extra blankets and pillows for my bed. The young lady Marion was just as sweet as she could be. I developed a cold while there and she brought me a cup of hot tea to my room. Although the rooms were small and the walls thin it is one of my favourite hotels that I have stayed in.

Breakfast was good and lots of bread choices few vegetables.

Initially, we (3 pax) stayed in room 102. Spacious living quarters and bathroom, and overlooking Kleber Square. It felt like royal treatment. It was when we decided to extend one more night that things started going down. More details in my next review

On our first day, the elevator was out of order. But that was OK since we were on the 1st floor. There is a place for improvement in room housekeeping. Only the double beds were made upon our return to the room. The single bed was not made up.

Very helpful staff.Help with printing important documents. Recommendations for restaurant in the evening. Very central location. Everything on your doorstep, tram, market, fountain on Kleber square. Shops, etc... Nicely decorated room with exposed beams.

Location was amazing..right on kleber Square. Very convenient if you want to be in the centre. You can easily walk everywhere. I had a single room, very decent and clean and also has a kettle for coffee which is not mentioned on booking. Breakfast was decent with a nice view of Kleber Square.

My room was I the first floor and there is no lift to the first floor. Not a big issue for me, but it would be good for people to know if a lift is a must. No common area and the reception is a tiny desk.

The location is perfect - right in the middle of downtown Strasbourg. You can walk to most of the central attractions of Strasbourg and there's plenty of restaurants around the hotel as well. Overall, great budget hotel for the location. Young lady at the front desk was super helpful - gave me cups and a kettle upon request.

Room was tiny but acceptable for me as I only stayed for one night.

Location is excellent, near to main attractions in Strasbourg and close to supermarkets and pharmacies. Friendly staff. Our room was small but beautiful, clean and comfortable. We arrived past midnight and we had no problem, reception is working 24/7.

The last day we asked to storage our luggage and we had to pay 2€ for each bag. It is not a big issue but we would have preferred if they told us when we arrived (when cheking in we asked if we could leave our luggage at reception at check out and they said yes but did not informed us that we had to pay).

Great location, loved the feel of the rooms even if the double bed was a bit tight on space. The single bed room had much more space and the bathroom was much larger. Loved that it looked out on the square and was so close to so many great parts of the city.

A little tight around the beds. That is about the only complaint that I have. I would have liked nothing else in the room. Just a bit more space and a bit less closet would be been nice. The construction could have been finished ealier.
