We stayed for 3 nights, Hotel staff arranged a separate bed for my 9 year old which made it quite convenient for us. Bathroom is quite small however functional with good quality toiletries. Breakfast spread was good, but staying 3 consecutive days made it little monotonous for us, however at the end we were satisfied with the variety and quality they offered, staff is very friendly and busy with refills of the items promptly. Best part is the location, it is within the walking distance from all the city center attractions. Parking is little cramped but safe and comparatively cheaper (20 EUR per night), pay attention to the instructions for the parking as there are two separate entrances and only through one (left side) the lift to Novotel is accessible.

Nothing that we disliked, just a tip - request for City/ Canal view rooms as the back side views are not that great

A great hotel, so close tp the city center.No need for tram, just a walking distance to every sight of the city. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows so comfortable for a good rest. A good working air-condition, so impostatnt, since Strasbourg had high temperatures those days. Also a small, very small , fridge, The windows opens a bit, for fresh air . A shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can find a super market, if needed. Also a tram stop , outside the hotel, for easy access , just 2 stops, to the train station. And the staff always polite and helpfull. All in all, a convinient stay in the city center.

The room was spacious so the mini fridge could be bigger. Only space for 2-3 bottles. Really tiny. Also the variety of the breakfast could be better and the quality. The "sweet" selection, did not gave me the impression of home made. It would be nice if every 2-3 days had new additions. I stayed there for 8 nights, and the breakfast was just the same. Also, since you pay for a 4 star hotel, you expect some amenities, like slippers or shower cup, iron table etc. Little things that make your stay more "luxury" and kinda justify the amount of money you pay for a 4 statr hotel

The location is very nice and there is a garage below the hotel.

The hotel uses portable baby cots, but they don't have baby mattresses. This is really something that upset me. When I asked them why there is no baby mattress, I got the answer that involved hygienic reasons. This is not the answer that makes much sense. The baby mattress is ~50eur + waterproof sheet 10eur max. For 200eur a night I would expect to have a baby mattress in a cot. Also, the Garage entrance/exit is a bit confusing especially if you take -2 level in the garage.

I very much like the location of this hotel, with a public underground parking giving you direct access to the hotel. So convenient when arriving by car. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast as usual was great.

I found the bed too soft, and the towels a bit scratchy, clearly they need replacing. But these are minor points which wouldn't undermine our overall satisfaction.

The dinner on the restaurant was great! The breakfast was delicious, all the staff even on the bar is very nicely and friendly Very nice place to stay with kids, The location is excellent near of everything and you have a really great mall on the ground floor.

Could be more variety on the breakfast. The parking space -2 is don't have elevator, so need use the stairs with all bags. So will be nice to have this information to park on the -1. And the sofa bed is not very comfortable.

The location is perfect and the hotel clean

The girl in the front desk told me that breakfast free for my kids , but she didn't tell me that parents must take the breakfast so the kids will be free, so I charged for the kids breakfast , more than I will pay if me and my wife take the breakfast. Another thing when I arrive afternoon I didn't know where is the parking so I park beside the hotel which is permission , and the same girl told its possible for free until 8am , so in the morning I put the car in the garage , and now I received that I charged around 180 euros for my parking first night.

location near old town is great. fine for one night stopover in Strasbourg. I liked the double door - it was very silent at night. we parked at the parking lot under the hotel which is open for everyone eg. arriving to the shopping mall in the same complex- it cost us 18 euro as we were there less than 24h.

we stayed in one room with beds for four people and we were squeezed toghetger. The signage at the parking lot is unbelieveably unclear. I thought I will never find the right way to the hotel and I still don’t know how I guessed how to escape this labirynth.

it is really in centre of city, 5 mins to Gallery Lafayette, cinema, Cathedral, a lot of restaurants around. for traffic there are Tramway, easy to go every where. Hotel situated inside the shopping mall, supermarket, barber haircut, very convenient

Lobby bar is bit small, lifts are small. Toilets are only access with cards to avoid the guests from shopping mall. sometimes need to wait long time to take lift as our room is at 7th floor

Some of the reception staff were not welcoming. The bathroom is separated : the toilet is aside and the bathtub is aside. The room carpet was spotted. The cupboard is open without a door Small minibar Small size of bed

The hotel has a public parking lot with enough parking spaces. The price for 24 hours was the most accessible we found when compared to other hotels Dog friendly hotel, with a little extra payment Room and bathroom were cleaned. The room had a size good enough for two people and a large dog, and still use the desk and chairs provided. The bathroom in our bedroom had the toilette and the shower separated, which was convenient. Breakfast is good, the prices is equivalent or cheaper of what we found walking around in town. On the first day we decided to find a place in town for breakfast, we had to walk about 30 minutes to find one and ended up being more expensive. On the second day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel

The hotel has two lifts available, but only one was working during our stay. The inconvenience was that, during breakfast ours, and check-in time in the afternoon we had to wait sometimes more than 5 minutes for it. It was small, at the most 5 people could fit
