Really liked this accommodation. Very clean and all the facilities seemed very new. Great location too. This was my first time in Strasbourg and the staff provided plenty of information and recommendations for things to do, places to eat, Christmas market locations.

The rooms are to a high standard and the the whole building is well decorated and maintained. The garden is also a lovely space.

The air-conditioning unit made a constant high-pitched noise that was annoying (and sounded louder at night when everywhere else is quieter) It was a shame as it was disturbing.

Our family was only in Strasbourg for 2 nights and wanted a “home base” with more space than a hotel room. Le Moon was an amazing find, very unique, had everything we needed for a short stay and was a great experience overall. The communication prior to our stay was wonderful and we were thrilled to be able to check-in early at the reception desk. The check-in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. We loved the location-we were able to walk to local attractions, a grocery store and restaurants, we felt safe, and it was very quiet for sleeping. The apartment was very clean and having two separate sleeping areas worked well for our family as we were traveling with our 17 year-old son. The bathroom had a spa-like feel and the shower and provided toiletries were great! As an added benefit, the ability to use the washer and dryer in the building was very convenient as we were in the middle of a 2 week trip. It took a bit of time to dry our clothes but I am guessing that is typical for the area and we were happy to wait for our laundry while we relaxed in the apartment-style room. Our drain did not drain well until my husband removed the drain cover.

Two well equipped and nicely decorated high ceiling spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large seating area. Practical, small kitchenette with required gadgets. Large bathroom with modern amenities. Quite, safe and excellent location within walking distance of the main central area, metro station, restaurants and shopping. Laundry facilities in the basement. Small garden at the back was lovely. Hosts were very helpful and prompt with replies.

Comfortable apartment very close to the city centre. It was easy to park our car right in front of the house to unload. During our stay, we parked in Place des Halles public parking, but for the last night of our stay we parked on the street as it is free from 7PM till 9 AM and on Sundays. We received the check-in instructions well in advance. The house access was super-easy: we just used the provided code and, in the lobby, we found the box with keys. Our studio was very well equipped with all we needed and was very clean. I particularly liked the enclosed balcony. Clarins toiletries were lovely - shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and body milk. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our bed had one duvet for both of us. I know it is common in France but I find it extremely uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we found another duvet in the cupboard on the corridor, so no complaints there :-)

Everything was perfect - clean, spacious room with high ceilings, very comfortable bed, kitchen area with all necessary appliances, big bathroom with toiletries and bathrobe provided. Good location, 10 min. walk to the cathedral, 5 min. walk to the nearest supermarket, 2 min. walk to bus stop un 7 min. walk to other public transportation, 15 min. walk to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent, starting from the booking and up to our leave. Perfect location, stylish and comfortable apartments, quiet sleeping, bathroom with spacious shower, parking at the front door (for a couple of hours upon arrival), and at the mall nearby (for several days), amiable and helpful staff: we got many advises how to spend time, help with the reservation of a table in a restaurant and the problem with the accidentally locked safe on Saturday morning was solved in an hour. Highly recommended!

Literally nothing.

This is a great room in a beautifully redone historic building. The interior is impeccable, the ceilings are high, the interior decoration beautiful and the room was large with a kitchenette and large bathroom. The staff were super!

It is located just outside city center, so a slight walk of about 10 minutes to get into the historic parts. Not a big deal really at all.

Age 70 I was a bit concerned at having a card rather than a key as in hotels sometimes previously it’s not worked. I was concerned that if this happened in the evening I wouldn’t get into the property. (Too near mobile or other reason) Reception was Monday to Friday and closed some of the days by 4pm

This hotel/residence was perfect for what we needed. Location was perfect, just outside the busy town centre.

the Bathroom light was automatic and good. EXCEPT, in the middle of the night you walked into the dark room and were suddenly blinded by the bright lights. there should be a switch to dim the lights. or a switch to be able to diable the auto sensor.
