This is a decent hotel in a very good location, 15 to 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and other central attractions. The area, which is largely residential, feels safe, and there are some nice local restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed, of a decent size with sofa and desk, and large comfortable bed. Bathroom also clean, modern, good shower. We were glad of the air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful - but not presented in a very enticing way.

The first night the air conditioning unit was very noisy, which meant I could not sleep. I told reception next morning, and they immediately gave us a new room. But this is a very busy hotel, so I hope an engineer was called before the next guests went in.

We stayed here as an adult and two kids.The location is situated very well,as the city (centre and sights) is easily accesible and additionally,there's a wonderful park behind the building that you can just hang around in. We also enjoyed the breakfast and thought our room to be quite cofortable.The service team was really friendly too.Only critique is that the stairs are kind of hidden(they might also just be for emergancies,but we weren't sure),and waiting on the elevator takes some time. Other than that,there's really nothing to complain about here.It's a hotel that checked all our boxes.Would stay again if I happened to be in Strasbourg.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean. The beds were veery comfy. Big shower. Breakfast very good. Dog friendly, however, the dogs weren't allowed in the dining area, which can be difficult to manage during the winter time. There is a carpark available, which costs extra 15 Euro per day, there are also plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel. Great location! a walking distance to the city centre. We do recommend the the hotel and will definitely come back there in the future. Thank you!

There wasn't a fridge in the room, however the staff have kindly helped us to store our medicines in bar/kitchen fridge.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The accommodations were very quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was a lovely park behind the hotel, which made for excellent strolling along the river. This hotel is in a quiet urban neighborhood. This will be our go-to hotel in Strasbourg!!

We preferred to stay away from the tourist area and understood before we arrived that this hotel was not near the old town. Be aware, from the train station, it is a bit under 2 miles (3 km). There are two trams (red and green) which stop at Etoile Bourse station which is the closest to the hotel. It is approximately a three block walk from that stop. Tickets may be purchased at the train station. Also, there are only a couple of restaurants in the area.

The staff. Top customer service. Always smiling and very welcoming. This ladies were great in every sense. I would go back even though this is not a 5 start hotel. Customer service makes totally the difference. 👏👏👏

Breakfast was ok, but they can be better for sure. Particularly, I like scramble eggs and boiled eggs. Both versions were not good. Scramble eggs were from a box, I guess, and bolied eggs totally frozen. For real guys, improve this.

We already have been there before and I knew how good the hotel is. I am glad that after the pandemic this hasn't changed and is still the hotel we visited last time. Special thanks to the reception for the help regarding storage of the bikes. Regarding the hotel, is very close to the city, near the speed way so everything is very easy to reach. Breakfast is good, coffee is great and the personel is awsome. We will come back for sure.

Great location. Simple Check in . Breakfast included. Value for Money. We stayed for one night (family of 4). The location is close to the historic centre and Petit prince. The check in and check out was quick and efficient, the staff were professional. The included breakfast had just about everything to suit our tastes. The room was sufficiently big for a one night stay for our family. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is walking distance from the old town and can be reached quickly from the motorway. The hotel reception was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast offers great variety and good quality.

The parking around the hotel on the street was difficult, the nearby parking lots were very crowded and we had some difficulties when leaving due to an abandoned car blocking the an exit... however this is obviously not the fault of the hotel.
