room was big enough for 3 and also quite comfortable and cozy. the staff i interacted with were also very friendly. the bathroom was huge with a bath tub and most importantly, had a heating rack for towels which somehow none of the other properties around europe i stayed at had - an absolute essential for winter. i also liked how the reception provided us a map when we checked in and carefully explained a suggested itinerary

i'm just being picky by saying location. it is slightly far away from the main town area but its also strasbourg where everything is a 10 minute walk away. with that being said, it was still walking distance to the main town area.

Great location, 5 min walk from the old Town and 10 min walk from the Notre Dame cathedral. After we saw reviews that the hotel is on a main road, we asked for a quiet room and got a room with a window to the backyard. The room was spacious, and tastefully designed. The mattress is very hard, exactly what we prefer. Checkout is at 12, which is very rare for hotels. The staff was super friendly. Complementary water is provided.

The smell inside the room wasn't very pleasant, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough - there were fingerprints on the mirrors, dust and the overall cleaning felt a bit sloppy. They block 100€ on your credit card for the mini bar. The building itself is very old, therefore we could hear our neighbors very well. The elevator is very small and can fit max 2 people.

Really quirky. Loved it. Very comfortable room overlooking the street, thought it might be on the noisy side but it was fine. Loved the bathroom soaps and shower gels, very good quality. The staff were wonderful. Helped us with parking (as it was a bit tight) and advice on where to go.

Not that we didn’t like it but parking was a little challenging. A narrow entrance way in the terrace of the building, in front were tramlines and a kerb. Turns out you bump over the kerb and drive over the tramlines to get to the garage, fine once we understood.

Room was bigger than expected, as well as the shower. Location was great, just around the corner from the city center. For those who didn't have breakfast option at the hotel (we didn't book it) there is a very nice breakfast place nearby with most tasty croissants.

We traveled with a big car and the parking at the hotel was not so easily accessible. Th parking place itself is quite small, the entry is across a tramway, so can be quite stressful to park properly. This is not a hotel's fault, but one has to be wary of this, especially when travelling with a big car.

I loved the location of the hotel a it was closed to the center but not directly in. The personal was very nice (thank you again!). the bed was comfortable, room enough big for short trip. Parking is small (but there is, so this was a big advantage) so you have to be at least semi-master in parking, lifts are smalls, but for two OK, we had some troubles with Wi-Fi, but if you really need a high quality connection, there is in the lobby (for call or something). Breakfast was enough varied - tea, juices, pains, sweets, muesli, farm yoghurts (I highly recommend!!!).

Very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming,what you need after a long trip! Everything was perfect down to the shower gel (I love Nuxe!)

Everything was perfect. The only thing that can come to my mind is perhaps that there is no boiler/kettle in the room, which is usually handy for families but also for anyone who likes tea instead of coffee :)

Small elevator, but there is another one you can use and is easier to find in the lobby straight on the left next to the toilette.

Central location with good access to public transport like tram and bus. The room was spacious and quiet. I liked the cleanliness of the room, bed was good and the bathroom offered a bath tub and heating. I also liked the offer to get a drink for free if you skipped room service.

Very small things: Weird layout of the room, with separate rooms for shower/sink and toilet. The door of the toilet space was in the way when sitting down if you didn't want to close it. There was no shelf in the wardrobe for pieces of clothing that you do not hang so had to use the desk.

The room is spacious. Separate toilet and bathroom, which may be useful for traveling couples, although I traveled solo. A fair breakfast with everything you need. Always helpful staff. I travel to Strasbourg every month and nowadays I have stayed here several months in a row.

There are no proper lights in the roof, so the overall lighting is often on the shadowy side.
