The rooms are greatly situated! Arrived at night, got out to eat something, and boom: saw the beautiful cathedral of Strasbourg. Everything in the old town is reachable within a 10-15 min walk max and there's a great option of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is great, really clean, and well-presented, and the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for a night stay and I would have stayed longer if needed. Quick note: there is no elevator.

The communication with the staff was disappointing... We had the choice of two single beds or one double bed on booking, we chose the double bed and got the two single ones... Also, tried to write them 2x on the booking chat to see where we could park the car and got automated messages with no answer about parking. The listing said private parking for 18euro/day and having no answer we had to go park in a city-paid parking which was actually 44euro for 24h... Found out later that the staff and restaurant (for breakfast) are not available on Sundays and Mondays. Finally, some pieces of equipment in the toilet were a bit annoying: no space between the faucet and the sink and no regular toilet paper toilet, but we could do fine with those.

I liked everything about this little hotel. I wish the rooms could magically be a little bigger-there really was no place to put the suitcases. The others travelling with us had more bags than we did and I don't know where they fit there's.

After a long day, the trek to the 4th floor was a little difficult with suitcases. But it was worth it to have the great location. There was an alarm that went off at one point and since it was Sunday, there was no staff on hand to deal with it.

The location was terrific, literally everything was 5 min away. All the main attractions and high rated restaurants are nearby. I dont think location can get much better than that.

There was only 1 Plug in the whole room which was not even near the bed. There is no plug in the bathroom, only integrated one in the hair dryer which you are not supposed to use anything other than electric razor ( or similar wattage appliance ),but even if you want to use it the plug is not standard european, so you would need an adapter. so basically charging phones was a problem, and using our own hair dryer/hair curler was a problem.

We really liked the location. Super central and 2 mins away from the Cathedral and markets. The area felt safe and it wasn't overly loud at night. The check in & out was easy.

The room wasn't overly clean, the pillows had stains on them, the cups in the bathroom had marks all over them and when you opened the window for fresh air it smelled of cigarettes. I think the people who stayed their before us must've been smoking out of the window.

Overall, the hotel itself and the room were great. The bathroom was very clean. The beds comfortable, there was a TV. The location was great.

My biggest issue was the dirty old carpetting. It would definitely be worthwhile investing in some inexpensive flooring that is not carpet. Carpets are outdated and gross, and make the room feel stuffy and dirtier. Also, it gets noisy at night from the downstairs restaurants - any way to block out the noise would be a good idea.

Location was great, informing the guest before arrival was absolutely fantastic. The man who welcomed us was kindest and nicest person I have ever met. Room was much more smaller than the picture but it was no problem. Wifi was good. Heating was great. They put a coffee machine with 2 capsules in the room as a welcome gift. But they didn't provide more for other days. Also extremely close to Strasbourg cathedral

They didn't clean out trashbox in the room and bathroom for 3 days. So they were full of garbage at the end of our stay and we threw some of them by ourselves because it was taking so much space in the room. Also the air conditioner in the bathroom was full of mold and I dont think it works good. Room cleaning only changed the towels and did nothing else.

Good position in the centre of Strasburg. The bed was really comfortable. The room had a bath and the windows well insulated the room, which can become noisy due to the pubs on the street. Emmanuel from the restaurant next to the hotel was really friendly and helpful. We could pay the park to him and leave him the keys of the parking garage.

We asked for the instructions on how to get to the private parking before arriving. However, we had no answer by message neither by phone. Basically, you need to first reach the hotel and find a envelope with the keys and the info on where to park. At the end, we solved by leaving the car at Austerlitz parking close to the hotel. After, we moved the car to the private parking.

It was in the centre very easy to get to places of interest most within walking distance. Easy to get to from train station.Hostess very helpful room cleaned and replenished every day.

The room was a little dark but ok if you pulled net curtain back. People could be noisy as bar outside .

Comfortable beds and good linens resulting in a good night’s sleep. Excellent housekeeping service. Very friendly staff and super accommodating in helping to carry suitcases up the stairs.

We had a bath with hand shower which was not practical for us. A shower curtain would be helpful to prevent the drenching of the bathroom. However our kind housekeeping lady provided us with enough towels. We were facing the street front and on weekends this could be noisy late into the night. If one has mobility issues then you should know that there is no elevator. These last 2 points are not negatives, but one should be aware before booking.
