very nice rooms and hotel overall. looks new sauna and hamam nice surprise and no additional charge (unlike parking)

restaurant - took dinner twice. food is not good. not a single thing which was actually tasty. i wasn’t poisoned or anything and it looked good when served. but it tastes like pre-cocked stuff from the supermarket. simple snack at restaurants on the mountain was much much better. parking: when I arrived I was told that it is not allowed to park near the hotel and I should use public parking 500 m away (which costs eur 19 for 24h). however I was told that I can leave the car near the hotel overnight as long as I take it away for the day (which I did). guess what, they charged me eur 25 per day for overnight parking (which is kind of not allowed to begin with). i also paid standard fee at public car park for the day. be careful

The extremely helpful and devoted staff manages with excellence to create a very welcoming and comfy atmosphere. The small hotel has just been renovated and reopened 2 days ahead of my stay. The room-concept left no wishes unconsidered and needless to say that everything was spotless clean. A fridge, some international programmes on the large TV as well as a water-cooker to prepare a cup of tea after a cold skiing day are provided as well as a balkony, a Skiboot-heater and views on the lake when enjoying your breakfast, which has been prepared with love and is awaiting you in buffet form. After your breakfast the hotel will shuttle you to the skilift in Brevieres (and woukd also pick you up later), by which will have access to Tignes - a very nice offer, especially when roads are icy like during my stay.

Breakfast is ok, but dinner is just outstanding. Every night was delightful. Service was exquisite, going above and beyond and were extremely kind and polite. Location is a 10 min walk from les brevieres ski lift. The hammam and sauna were just what you need after a long ski day. The room was very well equipped and the size was also great.

To put a complain, perhaps having the hot tub working every day? It didn’t for a couple of days. Breakfast could have been a tad more diverse . But also had everything you needed for the day.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Location on the lake. We had room 209 which had a lovely view. Clean/ Modern/Quiet. Hotel had a shuttle even though you can walk to the lift. Sauna and steam room even though small and open. Jacuzzi outside. Ski storage

No Parking, Parking in the nearby car park was €20 euro per day and needs to be booked. They rely on local produce so we felt breakfast was a little limited ie; Bread/eggs/cheese choices Rooms a little on the smaller side.

Brand new, clean and well equipped rooms, nice view on the lake from the room and the restaurant area. Really good dinner options on site. Great welcoming and day-to-day service. Shuttle to the ski lift was nice to have a well.

Wi-Fi connectivity in the room, disconnecting. Some details in breakfast like cold omelette/bacon but the quality of food was good overall

The hotel opened only three weeks ago. Everything was brand new. The staff was exceptionally helpful. There is a shuttle to lifts, even though, they are quite walkable as well. The dinner was amazing. There is jacuzzi in front of the lake and sauna. At 220 GBP, the room was a very good value for money. The staff also sold us lift tickets on the spot, which was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable.

The only minus was that the sauna was a bit cold at 70C, and that only one of the two jets was working in the jacuzzi, but I am sure this is easy to fix.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Fabulous room. Lovely building and lobby area. Nice dinner.

The property has only just openend (winter 21/22), so the outside landscaping needs some attention, which I am sure it will get over the summer. Wellness facilities relatively small, although we never had a problem getting to do what we wanted. The ski-room does not open with the room keycard, which is another little niggle that I am sure will be sorted out in due course.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Always willing to help, whether it be recommendations for apres ski, restaurants, or weather and snow info. All English speaking too. The hotel itself is incredible value for money. Location, facilities, decor, all excellent.

The only minor dislike was that we could have used a little more storage space in the room. Winter, and especially skiing clothes take up more space.

Wonderful welcome from the concierge as we drove up - he unloaded our bags and took our car off to park it. An equally wonderful welcome from the reception staff, who gave us glasses of water and told us about the hotel. The rooms were really comfortable and well equipped. with a view over the lake. Breakfast was delicious, with waffles cooked by the chef on demand and a good spread on the buffet. We were only there for a night, en route, but we would definitely go back.

Lovely staff. Good food. Bedrooms spotless and comfy bed.

Room was small, more hanging space needed. Chair and lamp in the room didnt quite fit in. We had to put the luggage on the balcony for storage.
