Nice small hotel just a 10 minute walk from Capitole. Very quiet despite proximity to the centre. Room overlooked the courtyard, clean, modern and comfortable with a useful kitchen area and fridge. Reception staff very pleasant. Small supermarket close by and some late night shops for wine/snacks etc

Room a little smaller than expected from pictures on website. There is a €150 damage deposit blocked on your card at check in. Released on day I was leaving but still took 5 days for funds to be available to me again. Just something to be aware of. Probably in the small print but I didnt notice when booking

everything went well. I found the property easily, the greeting on reception was warm, friendly and informative. My room was bright, airy and clean. I also had plenty of space

My toilet was extremely slow to refill. As it would be used just prior to bedtime this was not pleasant and was quite loud. The following morning I went to breakfast & returned only to find out the cistern was still refilling. On checkout I mentioned it to reception to be told "We know" I did not find that acceptable as this would make the room unsuitable for more than one guest, I was also not too happy that no apology was offered

The location was quite good. Walking distance from the train station and from the attractions of the city center, but away from the crowded and noisy streets. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a Carrefour within 10 minutes' walking distance. A very handy and well-stocked kitchenette to let you treat yourself with a nice supper in the evening. The breakfast quite plentiful and with a good choice. The pancakes were tasty! Very nice and friendly staff, every one of them!

The double bed was in fact made of two single beds placed together and covered with a common bed sheet, but with no hooks to keep them from moving apart. Unawares, one may well fall in between. Also the mattress was a bit too soft. There was just one blanket for two sleepers, which leads to blanket wars in the night. The system of corridors is a bit cryptic and they make somewhat creepy impression.

Grest self-contained room within walking distance of the train station and the city centre. Fantastic kitchen facilities with everything you would need for a long or short stay.

No complaints.

The hotel staff members were exceptional. They were always glad to grab us everything we needed, and there were a lot of us! Every time we left the hotel or returned to the hotel, they were quick to say "Bonjour!" They also allowed our team of 16 students to use the meeting room at their hotel on days that it was not booked out. They were a real blessing to our team. The location was also perfect. We were very close to the metro station that connects lines A and B, and there were tons of great restaurants right on our street. Our stay at Odalys hotel was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely go back!

Cleaning only occurred once per week during our 4 week stay, which was something new for us to get used to. We often had to ask for new rolls of toilet paper from the front desk because cleaning did not occur very often. However, like I said above, the front desk workers were always glad to grab things we needed, so it was not much of a burden!

A quiet, comfortable and spacious apartment with all the facilities necessary. The two decks, with table and chairs were amazing. Parking was available nearby. There was a fitness room but we did use it. There was a lift making access to the rooms easy. Breakfast was available atc16 euro but we did not bother as we had full kitchen facilities. Friendly, helpful staff.

The two single beds were narrow single beds. One squeaked when moving. The beds moved overnight. We parked down the road in park 4 it was very tight and there was little room to manoeuvre. Go for number 5! Dishwasher was very low to the ground, noisy and took ages.

42 euro with taxes for breakfast it's not good publicity... wait to expensive

Great neighbourhood with market on Sunday

Excellent central location in a lovely little street. The receptionists and staff are always very helpful. Each room that I have stayed in has always been spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen, which opens from a cupboard door, is well equipped. I come to Toulouse at least twice a year and have tried various types of accommodation over the years at similar prices, but having found Odalys, I shall look no more as I am now totally satisfied with my choice of accommodation. Odalys!

This is a great property! Perfect if you're doing any kind of train travel in the region, the train station is not far away (maybe a 10 minute walk, and the Canal du Midi is there, so it's quite pleasant). The neighborhood also is cute and it's a short walk to the center, where you can find tons of shopping and sightseeing opportunities. The staff here is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and super functional, plenty of hot water, working wifi, and a kitchen tucked away behind cabinets that was perfect for preparing breakfasts and lunches--a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, all the utensils, and even a small dishwasher! The shower had plenty of hot water (you have your own hot water heater) and the air conditioning worked great! It was a really great spot to base for several days' holidays in Toulouse and the area, I highly recommend it.

Maybe I couldn't find it, but a cutting board for cutting vegetables would have been welcome.
