This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very close to the train station and about 15 min easy walk to Place du Capitole. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. I happily had a room with French doors that opened out onto a view of the Canal du MIDI. The hotel is on a very busy road but the double doors/windows means that any noise is well blocked out. The staff at the hotel are very warm and welcoming and happily speak English if your French is not great. The continental breakfast they offer is very good value for money. The wifi was excellent. There is a lift.

I could not say there was anything I did not like about this hotel.

The people working there (who were maybe also the owners) were wonderful. The coffee machine was terrific. The room was cool on a hot day. Everything was clean. Having the train station just across the street was frankly reassuring. We were delighted by the proximity to downtown--yet too tired to benefit from it. Now that we're recovered from jetlag, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, on an easy couple days in Toulouse.

There was nothing to complain about. Oh...except I wish they had rooms for four. My husband was not with us, so a room for three was fine. Two rooms would have stretched our budget. :)

Decent, affordable hotel in a convenient location just opposite the Matabiau station and about 300 metres from the bus station. The latter may be handy for those travelling to/from Andorra, for instance. Kind receptionists, always willing to help. The double room was not big, but at least comfortable and quiet, even though facing the street. Nice view of the Canal du Midi from my window. Breakfast is okay, though in my opinion a bit pricey for what is offered.

Nothing really. There was no daily housekeeping service one day, but they provided fresh towels and toilet paper at reception. Hopefully next time breakfast will be included in the rate room.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and had all you would need for a short stay. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone on a small visit to Toulouse

Lift is tiny so warning for anyone with big luggage. Had to hand the key back in everytime you went out which was fine because there was always someone there but a little awkward to be honest especially the day of check-out (i.e. we left stuff in the room while we went for breakfast but had to state we weren't checking out yet)..

friendly and helpful staff. they assisted when we couldn’t get the water to heat up in our bathroom

no ability to shower. bathroom has a bath with a shower nozzle but if you are 6.2 feet high you can’t fit to sit in the narrow and short bath and the nozzle doesn’t extend long enough if you try to stand. also no shower curtain or screen so would wet the entire room if you were standing and the shower nozzle was long enough. we had just finished a 5 day bike ride and really wanted a hot shower !!!

Very central location next to railway station.and the bus from Airport takes you near the hotel Staff was very helpful polite and let us check in earlier time in the room than normal. A big THANK YOU!!! for that.

The hotel order us a private hire taxi not a normal with a meter and taxi driver charged us 50 euros to go to the airport for our early morning flight (18 mins drive) We thought it was quite expensive so make sure what type of taxi the hotel order for you...

Great hotel. Nothing fancy, but they get all the basics right. the room is clean, has a very effective airco. The shower is modern and clean. The location is great: a 2 minute walk to the main train station. Also, the city center is close and a great neighbourhood with lots of little bars and restaurants is just 2 streets away. Most of all, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Next time in Toulouse, we'll stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel just across from the main railway station, Metro A line, and bus routes. It is a short (around 12 minute) walk to the Capitole and tourist attractions. Despite being on the main road, I couldn't hear anything in the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was fine, especially if you are not spending much time in it, otherwise it might feel a little on the cramped side (although it is certainly not tiny). I spent 6 nights, and it was totally fine. Wifi was good and reliable, and most importantly, there was a decent air conditioning system. I would certainly stay here again

If you were planning to spend a lot of time in the room, it would feel small. However, since there's so much to do in Toulouse, this shouldn't be a problem. Although the bathroom wasn't particularly small, the layout meant the toilet was a bit cramped. I personally prefer showers rather than baths, but the hand held shower unit was totally fine. Water pressure was very good too.

Excellent hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even allowed me to check in early. The hotel was clean and my bed was wonderful. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus. The hotel is very close to the train and bus station. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

It would have been nice to have fruit available at breakfast, as well as healthier bread options - whole grain, rye, etc.

Location was excellent for us opposite the train station and the hire car companies. One night stay at the end of our holiday and a taxi ride to the airport in the morning. Cost of €37, but we'll worth it. Well insulated against noise and handy for a variety of places to eat and explore the city. More for business.

The toilet door! This was a sliding door but with no handle or lock! Possibly not an issue for single occupancy but for those who like their privacy a little difficult when in the middle of the night!
