The hotel is right in front to the station, but at the same time only 10/15 minutes by foot to the Capitole and other sightseeings in the city centre. Metro A (red) is also near. Someone was always available at the reception (where you leave the key going out). The bed was comfortable, the size of the room adapted to sleep in only as I wanted to. The room was clean. Multi plug right next to the bed (3 plugs and 2 USBs).

Due to the size and position of shower and toilets, showering wets the floor around the WC. No elevator, but I arrived before check in time and they brought my luggage up.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. The room was simple and relatively small, but comfortable and very clean. It depends on what you're looking for in a stay, but for someone like me, who only wants a place to sleep comfortably while being out and about all day, this is perfect. Next to the train station, so great for early morning trains or a day trip to Carcassonne. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet. I slept very well. There is a little inner court where you can smoke/ vape without having to go into the street. Can't comment on the breakfast as I don't eat in the mornings, but the coffee was great and staff were willing to accommodate me for a 5 am coffee even (life savers 🙏). Neighbourhood may seem a bit sketchy at first, with a few strip clubs around, but it actually felt quite safe even at night.

Great location next to main train station, what you need and nothing you don’t for an overnight trip. Small but comfortable (as long as you don’t have too much luggage), staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great value.

We were happy with everything. There are comments about the showers - yes, small with a shower curtain but totally possible to keep from flooding the bathroom floor if you take care. Pressure and temperature were great.

Perfect location for a stopover as the Matabiau train station is just a 2-3 min walk away. The bus from the airport also arrives at the bus station Gare Routière which is next to the train station. Simple, clean and comfortable room with ensuite shower and toilet and a sink.

No elevator which was okay for me as I only had a big backpack.

A stones throw from Toulouse Matabiau train station (literally over the road) we were welcomed by a super friendly receptionist who, kindly, offered us a bottle of chilled water on our arrival and booked us in with no issues. Our room was on the third floor and had everything we expected from our booking. The hotel is not only close to the train station but not even a 10 minute walk into the heart of the town and the Place Du Capitole, where there is no shortage of places to eat, drink and shop. In the morning we were totally impressed with the breakfast - a mix of fruit, pastries and preserves, fruit juices and hot drinks. We would come back to this hotel for the breakfast alone!! It's a lovely hotel and we would recommend it to anyone passing through Toulouse.

Great location next to the railway station. Close walking distance to man squares and information bureau. Bed was comfy. Linen clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My room was small but I was expecting that. Reflected the price paid. All that was lacking was the ability to make a cup of tea.

The location is great. Very easy to get to the city center. About 3 min walk to metro estation. The staff was nice too, specially Dulce. She’s kind and helpful.

Althought everything seems to be clean, i don’t think it’s a good idea to provide dark brown towels. Should always be white so one can see it’s truely clean. The 2nd point was the noise. It seems there’s a bar in the same street and it was quite noisy up until late… but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Excellent secure location near train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room on small side as expected for price - was fine for solo traveler.

Only complaint was bathroom a little too small - hard to maneuver. Many stairs to single attic room.

Very convenient for arriving by train, especially late at night, as it is only 100yds or so from station and route is well -lit. As the coach station is next to the railway station, location ideal for single female traveller. 24 hr reception. Copious continental breakfast.

Nothing. Although for some the lack of a lift might be a problem, my suitcase was carried up for me.

This hotel is located close to the station so it's very convenient. The room was clean, and the shower's water pressure was good.

There is no elevators, so I need to carry my heavy luggage upstairs...
