This is a good hotel in Toulouse. The staff is super friendly and helpful. the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so to visit the city center a car or taxi needs to be used. Near the hotel it is the local airport. The area next to the hotel is not abandoned, there is a big shopping center nearby..

The staff were exceptional, especially Berengere (if that's how you spell her name). She really took care of us and made us feel welcome.

Everything was fine. We did point out though, that the wardrobe rail had been fitted the wrong way around, meaning that the shelf got in the way of any hanging clothes. Only a small point though. Overall this hotel was very good and we would stay here again.

The staff was really helpful and patient with us. Room was clean, but the shower drain was clogging and we need to be careful not to flood the bathroom.

There were really not big issues with our stay. Maybe just the window that did not want to stay open to give us fresh air and was closing itself.

Super convenient location, close to the highway (but not too close for noise) and shopping facilities make it a perfect stop over for a night. Very friendly staff, concerned with the comfort of the baby we were traveling with (offered to move us to a different, less noisy floor). Clean, new, fresh.

Beds were a bit sturdy (still comfy, no big deal)

Room was clean, receptionists were helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was conveniently near the airport, good restaurants and shopping mall with a supermarket within walking distance.

the breakfast buffet is not very covid proof. People had to cut bread themselves so many people end up touching the bread. same with the jam selection. it comes out of big jars and you serve with spoons. same with the drinks. no drink machine but jars that everyone needs to pick up and serve from. I was not very comfortable to eat here and the buffet was very pricey.

Very easy check in, friendly staff. Free parking, clean room and good location for easily getting to the airport. Room has good air conditioning which was much needed in the extreme heat! Overall was exactly what we were after.

Location is great for being near the hotel by car, but not particularly close to public transport! It's a bit of a walk to the tram, but this was to be expected as we chose the location to be close to the airport. Just something to bear in mind!

Clean, comfortable, very good value (cheap) not far from where I was working, friendly helpful staff, but greatest surprise was how good the restaurant was, the food was great value and delicious.

Nothing to complain about at this cost

The breakfast offered was phenomenal.

The room size was very small, especially since we had a roll away bed for our child, was very small. There wasn't any room to put our suitcases except for on the beds and stacked on top of each other in the tight corner.

We enjoyed the time i Toulouse. Hotel was clean and calm. We wanted to see airplanes and luckily we had best window in the hotel to see landing airplanes from the bed.
