Bed comfortable, separated toilet and bathroom was handy because there were 4 of us in a room so one could use toilet whilst other used bathroom. WiFi signal was very good Staff we very friendly and hand good command of the English language Ample parking space, spacious lobby area with mini library and interactive games for kids. The restaurant food was good and staff were very freindly and helpful

The variety of gym equipment could be improved

The breakfast and dinners were excellent especially the barbecue weekend and sangria in the house. The pool was very clean, they offered towels and its open from 9am to 9pm in the evening. The room was spacious enough for a family of three although maybe a little squeezed for big family but it was perfect for us.

More information should be shared on the available facilities including tennis court for recreation.

The hotel is family friendly. There’s swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong tables. There’s also small library, some games for kids, tv beside reception. You can take breakfast which I really recommend as you will find anything you like and it’s really tasty.

Quite quiet. Swimming pool and large secure car park. not far from the tramway.

We have the impression that not much maintenance is done anymore (broken lights in the parking, wobbly toilet door handle, loose shower head). Nothing serious, and it didn't bother us. But that's just so you are not surprised.

We stayed for one night, it had tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was large and comfy. The air conditioning was reasonably quite, however, not very effective.

The fridge had a glass door and the internal light was faulty, as it stayed on all the time, making the room too light for me to sleep well.

Everything was great. Free secure parking and close proximity to plenty of shopping areas. Hotel was excellent.

Pool area was not secure. Gate needs attention...

There are some steps that are an obstacle for disabled people, they have a platform/lift to save them but not very practical.

Comfortable, well located and free parking space. The pool was a big plus in a very warm day

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was lovely, clean and the kids loved the swimming pool.

The staff were very helpful. Chap at the bar put the "Customer" in Customer Service as he was very polite and friendly. Location very good as you get free onsite parking and it is a short drive into the City Center.
