The service, ideas and help provided by René and particularly; Nasim on the Front Desk was exceptional. (We had issue with charging our EV.) The breakfast quality, range and service were excellent. Staff in all areas were professional and friendly, especially one woman, from Côte d'Ivoire originally, went above and beyond to ensure a good breakfast experience. We had one dinner there at 9.30 at night after the Rugby 7s tournament. Fabulous! Parking is available under the building - and free. Shower is very good

Having an alternative to a thick duvet/doona/couverture on the bed would be advised. The rooms are very small but they work. The hotel is in an ideal position to offer at least one EV charging station in the garage. They have 4 there but they are for businesses that work in the same building. It would be a real selling point.

Hotel street address was very difficult to locate even with GPS tracking system. We had to circle the area several times before we finally found it! Rather frustrating. The reception staff were not very friendly. Parking was free, on site, and underground, but difficult to navigate where the Ibis parking slots were located. Access to the hotel reception area is up a narrow, spiral staircase. We did not see an elevator from parking reception area of hotel. Not good if you are carrying heavy suitcases or if you don't care for narrow, spiral stairs. To get our car, we walked down the driveway ramp, from the street, and pushed a button to gain access. This was probably not allowed but safer than maneuvering suitcases down a narrow, spiral stairway.

friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room and good size bed. close to city centre, walking 25 minutes along the canal. L1 bus stop is just a few step away. parking is free. The city hall (The Capitole de Toulouse ) is a MUST-visiting when it opens to public if you are lucky just in the right time slot

city tour bus, We took the tour bus after waiting for 20 minutes as it was the only last one on that day due to the hot weather. there was no over head cover in the middle part on top of the bus ( the temperture was > 38 degrees on 18/07/2022). compare to other cities tour bus( We also took tour bus in Lyon/Bordeaux), Toulouse tour bus is poor managed regarding to weather condition.

It is in a great location if you are driving in. Right off the highway and free parking which is really hard to find in a lot of French cities. The rooms were comfortable and having AC was great.

It is super inconvenient that there is no entry code or anything of the such when you enter late. Instead there is a nightwatchman who opens the door when you ring the doorbell. The nightwatchman was just very odd, very slow and would ask strange/uncomfortable/unnecessary questions when all we wanted to do is get into our room after a night out.

Clean (but tiny) room, classic ibis standard hotel, free parking under the hotel: good choice to spend one night in Toulouse if you come by car!

30 min walk from the City center (but you know it in advance), one hour before the end of the breakfast, there was almost anything left (or in a silly disorder).

Room was clean, shower was excellent. Breakfast facilities were not used so unable to rate them. Came to France by plane and taxi to hotel, did not use parking facilities. Staff were very helpful with directions to things in the city and organising a taxi back to airport.

Room was just a little bit small for 2 friends sharing a room. An extra hand towel in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The room was very big and a comfy double bed was excellent after a days walking round the city sightseeing. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the local area. They provided me with directions and places for good food.

Loved everything

Great location for us just off the ring road. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was on the small side but perfectly adequate and clean. Secure underground free parking was a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

I got a very big room compared with the previous one that I got two weeks ago. The bed was the same, and very comfortable. Staff always helpfull (reception and breakfast) and some of them spoke to me in Spanish. Appreciated.

The room was very small (but functional and clean). The hotel was quite a walk to amenities (cash machine, metro). But I knew that when I booked it, so I really can't blame the hotel!
