The room is “mostly” clean. The first room I got had the kitchen filled with ant. But they gave me a new one and there was no problem. Location is slightly far from city center but Toulouse is a small city and majority of the city is in walking distance anyway.

Wifi connection was horrible. For the first one hour of the stay, it just didn’t work. Reception helped me and I finally had the connection, but it was very weak, and kept on disconnecting every 5 minutes, for the entire stay. This was very annoying. However the people who work here is very supportive, which was very helpful and made my stay safe and smooth.

The room was clean and comfortable. TV had some channels and access to the Internet. The kitchenware was very abundant, you can find every dish there. The room was quiet and had good view from the window.

When I approached the reception for check in on the time agreed beforehand, they told me that I need to wait in the lobby, bceause there are other people who came before me. I found this process meaningless, because the whole check in process takes less than 1 minute. Instead of making me to wait, they could just give me my keys in the first time. Also, although there are every euipment to make tea or coffee, there is no tea bag or coffee itself in the room. I didn't know I should bring it myself, as many hotels provide such things.

All staff were very warm, welcoming, professional & very smartly dressed. The decor of the hotel was so well thought out; beautifully lit corridors leads one to a bright, airy room equipped with an extremely comfortable bed and everything one needs for a self catering stay. The excellent continental breakfast had a very wide choice to suit any taste; bacon, scrambled eggs, super croissants, pancakes, cereals, muffins, brioches & breads, fruits, yogurts, ham & artisan cheeses & is set in a modern but cosy environment with typical french colours of amber, teal & grey. It was also so peaceful at breakfast; truly a great start one's day. In fact the hotel in general was very quiet, very well sound-proofed. I will use this hotel frequently over the years as I simply loved everything about it and didn't want to leave - thank you to all the lovely staff

I couldn't work out if the bean coffee was under extracted or if it just wasn't a great bean - I'm very fussy about my coffee though & there's a great deal of many other speciality tea and instant coffee choices.

The Room was big, no carpet and very clean. There was air conditioning and in the bathroom you could have started some heating, in case you are cold in the bathroom. It was more like a appartement, since a fridge, coffeemaker, teamaker, a sink and place to cook and a microwave were as well in the room. All clean and comfortable.

I was fine with the location, but I think some people gonna dislike the fact that you have to walk 10 minutes to compans carraffelli metro station and always have to switch between line a to b to arrive close to your hotel. Again, I was fine with, but I could see, some people are not a fan from it

The staff were very helpful. The bed was super comfy and very large and the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The only problem we had was trying to organise a free transfer from the airport, we messaged on a chat on booking.com and the hotel responded and requested that we sent the timing details through which we did but the transfer didn’t arrive at the airport and apparently we should have emailed the hotel directly instead of using the chat on here. The taxi from the airport was fairly cheap so it wasn’t a major problem. The towels probably need to be replaced as they felt a bit thin and old.

The room was spacious, clean and had all the comforts, it was like a studio with a small kitchenette. The breakfast was really good and the staff very kind and helpful ! Also, the hotel provides (most of the days) free transport to the airport. I would return there !

I stayed there for 7 days and no cleaning service in the room was provided (I think this is a rule from the hotel, like, cleaning service is provided if one stays for more than 7 days). Even if I am not in favour of a regular (e.g., every day or every two days) cleaning service for various reasons, I think it would be nice to have at least once every 3 or 4 days.

The location is great, about 20 minutes from the airport by public transport, and 5 min walk from the bus stop. It’s also located in a 20 minute walk from the capitólio place. The crew was kind and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. As an apart hotel, we don’t have daily cleaning, but they provided cleaning materials to keep things up to your standards. The breakfast is modest. Overall, I think it is a great place to stay!

It’s not that I didn’t like, but the breakfast could have fresher pastries (croissants and pain au chocolate) as well as more options of cheese. But it’s a minor thing.

Very friendly staff. All facilities for coffees and cooking, plus fridge and even tiny dishwasher, no coffee itself though 😉 but shop 5min away. Walked from hotel for almoust all duration of stay, including centre and station. No iron. Tv with access to youtube, ecs and posibility of language change. Liquid soap, hair dryer, zoom mirror. Option of temperature set up in both room and shower room (on towel dryer). 1 Aero bus stop away from airport, approx 7min. Pleasant to stay

Could not find wine opener in hotel, easy solution: shop for €2

I am staying here for a second time because I liked it previously. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is close to the centre.

I stayed there 7 nights and there was no internet (Wi-Fi) at all… They were keep on saying that the problem will be fixed, but nothing. As I was in Toulouse for business, I really needed good internet connection and I had to pay for such. The hotel did not offered any compensation for the lack of internet for the whole week. I think that they should have made some small compliment like breakfast or something… At least to show that they care. Because the lack of internet is not only inconvenience for the guests. It is a failure to meet the conditions for the booking because guests are forced to pay by themselves for internet that was supposed to be included in the booking rate. After all we do not talk about a temporary loss of connection but about no internet at all for 8 days…

Very convenient location for walking to and around the old center of Toulouse, and the canals. Rooms were light, clean and quiet.

Unfortunately had an unexplained fire alarm after midnight that had the whole guest population out in the street for a while. Front staff were very apologetic but apparently it was not the first time in recent days.
