Hotel is at very good location, on a quiet street but near from city centre, close to metro, Garonne and a couple of good restaurants. The room has most of the basic necessary installments.

My room was very clean when I entered it, but was not cleaned during the whole week while I stayed there. Jalousies were marginally sufficient to block direct sunlight in the morning while the outside air temperature was about 30 degrees Celsius, but probably they would be useless at 40 degrees open air temperature; air conditioner would be necessary at the current Toulouse's climate. Breakfast was of good quality but too narrow sortiment of meat, cheese etc., and the sortiment shrank still more at the weekend.

Good localisation in a quiet street, very easy acces from the airport, close to the main attractions. No problem with late arriving (after reception working hours), I received an email with clear instructions how to get to the room. Big, clean room. Very kind personel, we could leave our luggage at the reception after check out. I can strongly recomend.

Wi-fi could be faster. For me it wasn't important but maybe someone will need faster internet.

I liked the size of the aparthotel. Good showers, comfy beds and big rooms. The only thing I did not like was that it´s impossible to enter the hotel without a code and the reception or the entrance remains closed until the set time, making it difficult to speak to someone in the hotel. They should have at least someone at the other side of the intercom. Apart from this, I had a great stay at the apartment.

I loved the location! So close to the river and the city centre! Also very close to transport links so we were never too far to go anywhere. The staff were so incredibly helpful and gave us food suggestions that we loved!!

The shower in the bathroom was a little bit dirty but nothing off putting. Also the property was slightly hard to find as the sign has a different name.

We liked all the facilities and that the kitchen was well stocked so we could be creative in cooking our own meals. The shower was excellent and the bathroom roomy, the beds very comfortable with a good space for the additional seating and dining area. We liked that our family were in adjacent rooms and this made it so easy. The reception staff were so helpful: we arrived on the sleeper train at 7am and they kindly let us into the rooms early to leave our luggage in spite of not being booked in until later. It was excellent value for money especially with a large family of 6 adults. We highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment was really big and had all the amenities we needed. Useful also to have a small bed for our kid. Special thanks to the staff for the late check-in and for the friendliness throughout our stay. Location is OK, near the river, the centre and many restaurants.

Nothing major to complain about but the room could have used some bricolage: the bathroom sink was clogged, one light in the living wasn't working...but overall it was very good.

Really great location, friendly staff and everything you need. Very clean and everything was perfect EXCEPT we stayed in June and it was 44 deg in Toulouse. Their summers are HOT and there is no air-conditioning in the room. It was actually unbearably hot. Kitchenette was actually larger than I was expecting. Breakfast was delish, and everything you would want. We had a fan, but it is not enough for the French summers.

Air-conditioning for the hot summer months as sleeping without it is unbearable. Just happed to be in the 40 deg Celsius and a fan is not enough to cool a person down.

Very clean, the decor, the space and all in a studio suitable as a kitchen, large wardrobes, large round table.

The lift does not stop exactly at the ground floor, so you have to walk up or down about 5 steps with your luggage.

Great location near the river and historic area. Also near métro and airport tram. I was in a one bedroom apartment rated for four people. It was very spacious and would definitely be a good value for a family. Large windows; fans provided for ventilation. Bed very comfortable.

The apartment was adequately clean, but floors and shower grout could have been better.

Good size rooms, no air com but fab supplied. Great location! Is effectively located on the river. We used it during Rugby World Cup 23, easy to walk to stadium and rugby village. Equally as easy to walk into the Old Town and Carmes.
