Hotel location brilliant. Virtually steps out onto Place du Capitole. Easy walking distance to all of the major sites, tourist information centre, eating places etc. 10 - 15 minutes walk to Toulouse Matabiau train station, 10 minutes walk to Airport shuttle bus. Hotel very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Room very good size with very comfortable king bed. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower space over the bath tub was restricted due to grab-handle. That was the only negative point.

We loved how spacious our room was, how it over-looked Capitol Square and was close to absolutely everything. Despite this, it was a quiet location. The bed was wonderful….. and the reception staff were very helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel only because there were so many places close by to investigate. It cost under 10 euros by taxi from the train station but twice that to return due to cross roads and traffic lighting. Still far cheaper than many other cities in France where we have been staying.

Location was near perfect for all the sites, shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast, with pleasant seating area. Hotel room was quite big, with comfortable beds and not noisy at all considering the city centre location as we looked on to the inner courtyard.

Parking was off site in near private car park, problem trying to find a space and expensive, 22 euros a day. Had to ask for more than once from reception for an iron and mini fridge which was missing???, Hotel probably in need of some referbushment

Hotel is in a great location; room was a good size and clean. Outside breakfast area is quite pleasant. Tended not to use hotel facilities as ventured into town.

Breakfast choice was a bit limited and supplies sometimes ran out - there seemed to be a lot of breakfast staff but many seemed not to be doing too much. There was no milk containers in the rooms for tea / coffee as the hotel had run out and when requested at reception, we were told someone would bring a jug to our room when the bar opened - 2hrs later.

In the heart of the city. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Best location. It was clean and staff was always very kind. Forgot to request a cot by mistake but they did their best to get me one. Breakfast was ok too, not a lot of variety but good food. Bed was really comfortable and rooms are spacious and nice.

On the whole I liked everything. Breakfast can be bigger, with more variety, compared to 4 star hotels in my country it was small. But compared to other French breakfasts it was very good.

The room was quite spacious and thankfully there were some English channels available on the TV. Of course, the hotel's location is its main USP as it sits right at the City center (Place du Capitole). Plenty of nice cafes & restaurants nearby.

The breakfast area was quite cramped and the options weren't as varied as described everywhere. At times, it seems that the hotel is going through a cost-cutting phase. The restaurant's menu & Wine options seem quite limited for a fine dining place.

1. Wifi not great, and as we needed to connect for work on Remote desktops it was blocked but vpns allowed, we had to use out own data to connect RDP. 2. Only bath soap, no body lotions 3. Kettle with coffee no milk, no creamer, you gave to go buy from store across the street

Excellent location, right on the central square of Toulouse. Room small, but quite comfortable. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast.

There was a misunderstanding with the number of beds. We booked three, but there were only two. I don't know who made the mistake : booking.com or the hotel, but an extra bed was provided for extra cost of 20 euros. Very bad WI-FI. Parking was nearby, but very expensive.We paid 46 euros for two nights ( with discount).

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect; restaurants and bars within a 30 second walk. Staff - everyone we encountered- was polite, professional, friendly; we couldn't ask for more! Our room (King) was spacious, comfortable, super clean, and same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast was well worth the cost. Again, staff was amazing. Great selection of breakfast items! The bar (when it was open) was terrific. Would return!!

Location, location, location

our bathroom had a drain smell when we arrived – I think due to the amount of rain as our friends had the same problem and the lobby on occasion smelt a bit drainy too. After a word with reception, when we came back in the bathroom was smelling lovely and we had been left nice fluffy bathrobes and slippers so there was no problem. Our complaint was dealt with swiftly and effectively – can’t ask for more.
