The staff was very friendly and did anything in their power to make my stay as confortable as possible. The hotel was spotless and the room, bathroom and the kichinette spacious, with a ketter and coffee machine - though a very good coffee you could get for free at any time in the lobby as well. As the hotel was recently open, everything was new and still smelling as new😊. The location was perfect, very close to lots of interesting shops, market, bakery and cheese shop (fromagerie) - just at 5 minutes walk, also Carrefour very close by. The metro station St Cyprien is 200 meters away and you can have a very nice walk on the St Pierre bridge (with beautiful views over Garonne river and nice sunset) , which is 100 meters away...

We loved how the hotel was decorated. Very modern contemporary style! The location was also very nice, just across the river from the city centre so nice and quiet but close to the buzz and metro. Breakfast was also pretty good!

Air con could only be set lowest to 21 degrees which felt quite warm during the night but nothing bad. Also a small tip to make the breakfast experience a little more enjoyable would be some chilled background music. Now it was very quiet and with reception and other people it can be a bit “awkward” but I think music would make the whole space lovelier. The food and the physical environment were super nice!

Great location and easy to get to from the main train station or airport. City centre only 20 mins walk away! Staff were first class, friendly but also very helpful. The room was amazing, so big and with a kitchen area which was very useful! Beds were comfy and very big and towels of good quality. Although you had to pay extra if you wanted the room cleaned, for 3 nights we didn’t need it. however you could always get more clean towels if required. Never used this chain before but will look to use again

We loved the location close to the bridge as it was was easy to walk into Toulouse. The charge of only 6 euros per night for each of our two dogs was also great, much cheaper than other hotels in the city. Lovely big comfy bed, great shower, very clean and the staff were super friendly. We particularly enjoyed the free water in the reception are and the opportunity to make our own hot drinks also on the ground floor. And having parking on-site make it very easy. We will be back.

Location. Hotel is so new, I had a feeling some things were not touched before! Loundary is on app, about 9-8€ per washing/drying cycle. Generally - recommendation.

Safety deposit! not announced during booking (about 100€). Cleaning once in 8 days, and no mop and bucket. Street side was noisy during weekend nights.

To briefly summarise our experience: Modern architecture. Fully equipped. Super clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. Close location to city center of the Toulouse. Polite and helpful staff. Good coffee.

There was an issue with the fans. Extremely noisy. We had to change the room at some point, because of the sound you couldn’t sleep at all.

Great location, staff were fabulous, our room was large and the facilities were superb. We didn’t get charged extra for them to store our bicycles. Great communal area with even more facilities. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay
