I like staying at B&B, you always know what to expect: unpretentious but clean, small details well thought-out, nice staff, easy to navigate to, plentiful parking and more.

As it's common for motels, the immediate vicinity is dull and not very walkable. Getting to the center of Bordeaux by public transport takes almost an hour so if you plan to explore the city, this may not the best base for you. We ended up moving to another one in the center even though it was worse than this one and more expensive.

This is an excellent no frills chain which is very clean and does exactly what it says on the tin. Based on the East side of Bordeaux it is based approx 4KM from Tram A - Stop is Floirac Dravemont, definitely worth parking and taking the tram into central Bordeaux - Fare €1.50 pp each way. This hotel offers breakfast (think it was €8.50pp) and also some type of food to order in the evening, albeit we didn't use it. If you are looking to have dinner within walking distance (5 mins) there is a no frills contemporary style bistro next door, think it was called Regent Bistro, basic menu €14.99 per head which was very nice. We only stayed one night but have used this chain before, will definitely continue to use them. Reception is only manned from 5pm to 9pm so you can arrive outside of those times; there is a check in machine at the front door. Once checked in, it gives you an access code to enter the building; that same access code also unlocks your bedroom door - great not needing to carry a key - just remember to take the code with you when you go out! Plenty of space in the car park.

Nothing - all was good

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good bathroom! Room in quiet part of Hotel, as requested. Very friendly and helpful staff. Usual items available at buffet breakfast. Excellent safe parking in the Hotels own private car park. Very pleasing open eating area.

The evening meal was tasty but seemed to be an instant micowave cooked offering - however, it was sort of adequate!

Clean & it has electric car chargers

Website was down the entire night until early in the morning (I assume when somebody from the hotel reset the internet). I did complain to the receptionist right away after we arrived that we couldn’t access the internet but was told to reset my phone. I did reset my phone multiple times without success until the next morning when the internet suddenly became available

The room was really nice and spacious for 4 people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We definately recommend staying here if you wish to visit Bordeaux and the surrrounding areas. We had our own car, and it was very easy to park at the hotel for free.

Everything was fine. A small suggestion would be to improve the shower glass door as a lot of water spills out when taking a shower!

Excellent location for travelers while passing by Bordeaux either going North or South. Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Plenty space inside the property to take your pet for a walk. Breakfast has plenty choices.

Not so many choices for eating out, there's a Bistro close by but didn't meet our time-frame, in any case it's possible to get food out and bring to the property.

Very comfortable / good vibe and protected parking. The family room was spacious, comfortable and clean. You’re 15 minutes away from the city center

Maybe a bit on the high side regarding the pricing if you only take the outside Bordeaux city center criteria

The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot & powerful. There is plentiful free parking on site. the staff were delightful, and the buffet breakfast is really good - yogurt, cereals, bacon & eggs, croissants & bread, juice, hot drinks. And there are a couple of decent restaurants within 5 minute walk.

The room was clean & a reasonable size including a desk and chair. The cooling system was very good. Breakfast was very nice - food hot and a wide range of continental type foods. Dining room was well spaced. Plenty of room in the secure carpark.

There was a leak in the shower but this probably had never been reported before. These things happen!
