Excellent accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, quiet and absolutely spotless, and the equipped kitchenette was a real bonus. The car park was convenient - above ground and with plenty of space and with a coded barrier keeping it secure. Staff on reception were polite and friendly. It's true that the hotel is located in a bit of a scruffy industrial area, but we felt safe enough walking to the tram stations, which were all about a 15 minute or so walk away and took us quickly and cheaply into Bordeaux.

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put a big clear window between the bedroom and bathroom, although at least the loo itself was behind closed doors. The option of a curtain for those of us who value our privacy when showering or using the basin would have been nice, as well as the option of an English TV channel among the multitude of channels!

The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well equipped with a great view of the river and a very comfortable bed. the hotel is within walking distance to the tram.

what isn’t mentioned is that ladies of the night do tend to hang around the area. this isn’t a negative or positive, just an observation.

Possibility to cook on your own. Chairs were comfortable.

Not enough lights in bathroom. Biggest kitchen and smaller bathroom would be better. It was clean but new carperts would give better impression. The price is quite high for the capacities that you get.

The receptionist was super helpful - booking a taxi to collect my son and family from the station, serving dinner and drinks and answering all our queries with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable and the location good for people driving through, with free parking. Good value for money.

It is a bit out of the way for those wanting to see Bourdeaux and not masses of places to eat close by.

Good sized room with large, very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Good bar and breakfast was very good too. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Very handy for visiting the Harley Davidson dealer next door 😉.

The room was spacious & the bed was fantastic, big & really comfortable

Didn't like the window from the bathroom through to the bedroom.... That should be blanked off & a mirror on the both the bedroom side & in the bathroom would be much better. Also it's a 17 minute walk to the tram stop which isn't the problem it's the ladies of the night you pass to get there & back which wasn't that nice,it felt a little intimidating.

The room was spacious. We had a king-size bed which is a rarity in places of accommodation.

The air conditioning in another room kept going on and off or something which kept us awake most of the night - other than that quiet night sleep

Very comfortable spacious room with a small kitchenette so that we could also have light dinner there. Convenient code-protected parking and easy way out of the city (we chose the location on purpose so that we didn't have to o to the city into the city). Tram stop to go to the city center is about 10 min on foot away.

It's on the outskirts so you need transport to et to the city center (or about 50 min on foot). Not a oproblem per se but something to be aware of.

Friendly, flexible, helpful. Good breakfast, safe parking, good for travellers on the go.

Very difficult to order a taxi to downtown. A more expensive uber was available though.
