I only gave the stay and the staff a 10 because of all the good and friendly staff at the reception desk but there was only 1 male reception staff (early morning of May 11) who expressed that he was a little annoyed that we asked him to call the airport transfer taxi we booked who hadn't arrived on the scheduled time and he insisted the taxi was never late. In fact after he called the taxi said he would be late by 15 minutes. This is airport transfer so we thought it's not too much to ask to make sure the taxi is going to be there. It was not a big deal but the staff actually ruined the perfect stay we had earlier. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

A new hotel, relatively nice staff.

No public transport reachable within 500 meters, construction site all around. Part of the nearby street are marked for demolition so most of the road to and from the hotel (to reach a tram) is going through quite shady looking neighbourhoods. Better not come here for some more years, until the development of the area is finalised. The breakfast is below mediocre, very poor selection of breads, ham is piled without any aesthetics and impossible to take individual slice. Poor selection of dairy products, no selection of vegetables. Not recommended, it was a poor choice, not a good value for money.

Excellent hotel, Excellent rooms. We stayed in a suite and a double and the room was beautiful, great view great facilities. The hotel was very clean and very modern and the staff were very professional and helpful! great decor and even a little shop to fill your mini bar with. The walk into the centre is fine for couples but a little too far with children. about a 30 minute walk to where you want to be. Taxis in the area are not good either! Will 100% be booking to stay again in a few months as it was so relaxing. Had breakfast on one day and it was a very good breakfast but kept running out as they had more guests attend breakfast than expected but when asked they restocked anything that was ran out.

A little bit too far from the centre of Bordeaux which is about 20-30 minute walk in a straight line, but to get there you need to walk through quite a run down part before reaching the bit you want to be in. Could do with having their own private hire taxi/car service as taxis are not good in the area. But this really is not a huge issue, the hotel is beautiful and clean with helpful friendly staff which is exactly what you want.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, good sized rooms and very clean. we have stayed before and would stay again. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good. Breakfast is plentiful and lots of choice. good amount of underground parking with another public car park a 1 minute walk away.

The only downside is the location is very far from the centre of bordeaux, there is a tram about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but it really is too far to walk especially with kids. Taxis to the centre are €40!!! Taxi drivers are rude in bordeaux, the hotel really needs to invest in its own taxi/shuttle service for hotel guests.

Very modern, spacious, bright and clean room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is great, there is everything one could wish for and the quality of the food was very good. There is a modern fitness room were you can take towels for your training. We could park our car in the hotels parking garage so it was safely parked during our stay.

The only thing to criticize is that it's everywhere written that breakfast ist till 10:30 a.m. But when we wanted to get breakfast at 10 a.m. we were told that we are too late. The next day we went to breakfast a bit earlier and on 10:10 a.m. we were told by the staff that the buffet is closing now and if we'd like to get some more stuff we'd have to get it now. Most tables were still occupied at this time and so we consider it a pity that this early notification makes breakfast a bit uncomfortable.

I was very happy to use this hotel compare to London city's hotel facility. I really want to visit here again in case I visit Borudeaux.

I felt so sorry that I couldn't use it even if there were washing /dry machine because it seems not clean well. It is very nice what they have washing /dry machine for normal using.

The room was a good size and well sound- proofed, nice view, beds very comfortable. The hot counter at the breakfast could have had a little bit more variety, no fried eggs , grilled tomatoes or mushrooms. Other than the these few items, the breakfast overall was very good with good cold food menu options and a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt and breads. Breakfast staff very helpful at all times. The restaurant fixed price menu in the evening is very good value and changes on a daily basis. Well worth a try, again staff excellent. Reception staff also very helpful, excellent.

Bathroom door slides, very noisy, heavy and squeeky. Could present problems for older guests with medical conditions.

great location next to the great food, wine, beer and music emporium at Bordeaux Centre. Walking distance to tram and city Centre. Great buffet breakfast.

Property great, graffiti strewn surrounding neighborhood doesn’t appear too safe to walk at night.

Well deigned rooms with comfortable beds, great showers, excellent wifi, cable TV with English channels. Kettle in room with coffee and tea was appreciated. They even have free guest laundry facilities and will provide a detergent pod for 2 Euros. Decent breakfast with great coffee. Nice staff.

The location is out of the city center - convenient for the train station but quite a walk for the top sites. The city tram from the train station was shut down for repairs during our stay so it was taxis or Ubers, which were sometimes very hard to get. The in-house restaurant is closed for lunch on Saturday and dinner on Sunday, and there's very little oher choice available in the neighborhood.

Modern, so comfortable, wonderful staff and so dog friendly. In the room we were provided with a bed for the dog and 2 bowls. The dog was allowed everywhere with us including the restaurant. There were dog bowls of water around the hotel. Hotel decor was luxurious and tasteful. Bed was comfy. Secure parking. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant is very spacious and has been well interior designed. The hotel felt calm and the staff were so competent and friendly. Brilliant stop over point.

The area is still being developed and so it’s a bit of a mess around the streets. But once you’re in the hotel you wouldn’t know.
