I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay at your hotel was! The location, which is conveniently close to Gare de Bordeaux and the city's metropolitan transportation, made it incredibly easy to explore the city. However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my warmest appreciation to the three young professionals who assisted us at the reception desk. Their welcoming and accommodating demeanor was truly remarkable and they made us feel right at home. Additionally, the room maid on the second floor always ensured our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Your team's dedication to hospitality and attentiveness to every detail truly made our stay an unforgettable experience. I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service we received during our time at your hotel. I felt that the room had very little natural lighting, which made it feel slightly gloomy and without much life.

We have stayed here three times now and although you pay extra for parking it is in a very secured site. The standard rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The cafe in reception offers hot meals that can be taken back to your room. Ideal if you have your dogs with you. The double beds are very large and comfortable and reception will give you extra pillows as l find one not enough. The people on reception are always smiling and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Bordeaux.

Extra pillow in the room rather than having to ask. We had a front room and was quite noisy in the mornings, ask for a room at the back if you are a light sleeper.

Close to train station and for bus to airport. On the edge of the town but walkable along by the river or through the interesting back streets. Bus passes are also available to buy at the hotel. Good breakfast with options for vegetarians.

A vegetarian option in the restaurant would be good. The views from around aren't particularly inspiring but it's not far from the river, cathedral and city centre.

The location was fantastic for a work trip, right next to the train station and less than 5 min walk from the tram. Check in and out were fast and uncomplicated. Rooms were as described online, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a blessing during a very hot week. Breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

For me as a relatively tall person (189cm), the bed and shower were a little small, but not terribly so. A fridge in the room would have been nice, although this isn't advertised online, so nothing unexpected.

Near train station (less then 300 m) as well as near the city centre (about 1.5 km away) and the waterfront. Beds were OK. Breakfast was OK.

Arriving at Gare Bordeaux there was rubbish everywhere. The rubbish bins were overloaded and had not been collected like it seems for weeks. Must have been a strike on. Signs to the hotel were not easily seen.

The proximity to the train station was fantastic and the tram into the centre. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Also was good to have the option to order food and drink through the day and evening.

The room was compact but had a decent sized bathroom. We had 2 large suitcases so limited space.

The location worked for us as it was near the train station. We did not have a car, so we could walk to the tram stop to get us into downtown. The breakfast was very good, although we had to pay extra for it.

Mainly the configuration of the shower. It has a partial glass wall that only goes halfway, so water always gets on the floor. There is no sliding door that closes off the whole shower.

Clean, comfortable, close proximity to tourism areas, excellent coffee maker in room and best of all…lots of electrical outlets to charge all our devices.

Neighborhood was not the best: Lots of road construction (not your fault) and lots of boarded up heritage buildings (again, not your fault) which made the area feel depressed.

They have carpark on site (for an extra cost), very handy. Breakfast was also available for reasonable price, the rooms were spotless and room service was excellent.

Just as a recommendation maybe have a few bikes for rent, the city is not really car friendly so it will be nice to have a bike to use instead 😀.

The location was excellent, just around the corned from the train station and then a 10-15 minute walk into the centre along the river. The staff were super friendly.
