The service staff in restaurant and reception were amazing. The room and the view stunning. Parking easy. Facilities brilliant. Breakfast superb.

The only negative was on arriving seeing lots of chefs smoking sitting on the pavement smoking outside the reception entrance - underneath their Michelin star red plaque! Perhaps somewhere more discreet could be arranged - especially whilst still in their uniform? Really didnt bother us that much - more a pointer for the image of the hotel which is pretty much faultless!

Basically - everything. The room was lovely, and the sea view really nice (even though, or perhaps because, the storm that was raging). We also had a restaurant table in the window, that was much appreciated and really set the evening off. Food in the bistro restaurant was extremely good, and the service the right balance of attentiveness.

We can't think of anything. This was a grandparents' detox after a week with grandchildren and was perfect. We will definitely visit again.

We had stayed at the hotel a few years ago and this visit certainly lived up to our expectations. The location right on the sea front is excellent, the staff are welcoming and extremely polite and friendly and the decor and furnishings are lovely. Theres a nice calmness about the place. Our room on the second floor was huge, very tastefully decorated, quiet and with a wonderful view of the sea (we could see the Kent coast). The bed was very comfortable. We ate dinner in the Brasserie which was very good. Breakfast was a good selection of very fresh quality food and drink. We liked that the hotel provided large bottles of complimentary filtered water in the rooms.

Nothing really

Our room on the third floor had a balcony overlooking the promenade and the beach. It was a beautiful view seeing all the visitors enjoying a stroll and crowd watching. Wimereux is a delightful seaside town. The staff in the hotel were exemplary and very helpful indeed even offering to charge my electric car for me.

It's a shame that their Michelin star restaurant is not open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays as it would have been lovely to sample their cuisine whilst enjoying a beautiful view of the sea.

Not so much a hotel with a good restaurant, but two great restaurants with good rooms on site. The first floor fancy pants restaurant is wonderful but far too expensive, the food in the ground floor restaurant is just as good and half the price. Particularly appreciated were the delicious vegetarian dishes, often a challenge in France. The rooms are large and comfortable with Channel views and eccentrically decorated, and none the worse for that.

It's not wonderful value for money, but then it doesn't pretend to be that kind of place.

Thé sea view. The location being quite close to the port, it didn’t take long to travel from Folkestone via the channel tunnel. The staff were so courteous. The hotel so clean

Maybe changing the menu on a more regular basis as every night we were there, apart from the dish of the day, there were the same choices. However, would like to say the actual food was excellent quality

Wonderful food, and a room with a sea view. Couldn’t want for more.

We were happy with everything the hotel had to offer. Apart from the pandemic restriction period, we have stayed at the hotel at least a couple of times a year for the last 20 years.

Breakfast was lovely - but at 22 euros, overpriced.

We have been to the Atlantic several times - but not for a good few years. It has changed a lot, in many ways pleasingly so - the main downside is that the service has become rather impersonal, lacking that healthy mixing of professionalism and warmth. A shame, really.

Room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate with stunning views of the beach and sea. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a total delight (I judge by the shower and it was excellent). We ate in the fine dining restauarnt and it was sublime - totally worthy of it's Michelin star.

Would have been nice to have had breakfast included - spent £600 for 1 night inc dinner and whilst it was good, it was prmarily continental. Service in the restaurant was very efficient but a little too "military" - prefer some interation with the waiting staff

the hotel is directly on the sea which is wonderful. the hotel is modern and beautiful view of the sea from our room and balcony,

everything was wonderful but I expected a cozier environment in the restaurant for a 4star hotel, as a guest of the hotel, they didn’t give us a window table but towards the back which was disappointing.
