When we arrived we missed a night to no fault of Linareva, they were incredibly accommodating even offering us a free extra night. They upgraded our room and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property is gorgeous and they have everything you need to explore their piece of ocean right in front of their dock. Amazing snorkeling and such kind owners. I will suggest to everyone who comes here to stay at linareva.

Our family of four had the BEST time at Linareva Moorea Beach Resort! The owner Vanessa and her crew worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome. They helped us with reservations for activities and restaurants and gave clear instructions. The little bungalows are decorated in traditional Tahitian style, and you get a great feel for an authentic Tahitian home. It's very clean, but basic. This is not posh like the Sofitel, but we like it better because it is down to earth and quiet and more personal. Plus, it's not far from restaurants and places to eat. Though we had a kitchen in our bungalow, we loved the outdoor fridge where we could get a super cold drink to pay for later at check out. Such a brilliant idea. Our favorite thing about our stay was their dock from which to look at the incredible land, snorkel, swim, catch beautiful sunsets, and then stargaze. We also had a blast kayaking. The only thing we would change is to stay longer! We sure hope to be back again! Maururu Vanessa and Rumia and the rest of the crew! Rooms: We stayed in a bungalow with a living area, kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a small dining area inside and outside. Nearby activities: We snorkeled and kayaked right at the property. Off the property we parasailed and went on an ATV tour. All were amazing. Safety: Very safe! Walkability: We had a car, but one could walk to a few things (maybe 15 min away or so?). The restaurants will come pick you up if you don't have a car and you call ahead of time. Food & drinks: We LOVED Snack Mahana and Family Pizza!

Everything was great!

The staff is amazing and I think all of the bungalows have views. Rumia in particular speaks english and was so responsive. They have really great free equipment too. Magical location, views, and terrific snorkeling right out your front door. This is a key point, other places maybe on the water but might not have great snorkeling. I would 100% return. Loved having a kitchen to make simple breakfasts and 10 minutes away Coco Et Banannas was an amazing bakery with croissants and pastries that sold out fast. Local pizza 5 minutes away (ask the staff) was great too. Very comfortable beds. Amazing front deck with really great seating arrangments. Two separate beds for the kids. Beautiful dock to get you right to the coral. Perfect temparture water. Great proximity to hikes and restaurants (withing a 5 to 30 minute drive). If you don't want a big, corporate place, this has a warm, welcoming feeling. There was a french family with 6 cute kids running around and it added to the atmosphere. I loved that it was mostly French tourists here (we are American). the kitchen was great and very well equipped.

The air conditioning was a tad weak in the front room (air conditioner in the bedroom for the whole bungalow) but we did have a heat wave of 95 degree temparture and it really was OK. The only thing I strongly disliked was the lack of a toilet seat. You had to sit right on the rim and especially with two men in the family, my daughter and I were just grossed out. It stood out because everything else was so, so perfect. I would still 100% go back and recommend. But maybe they could update that one thing?

The resort was wonderful. It felt like staying with friends and not like a sterile hotel. The hosts were helpful with everything and the offerings regarding sport were many. The hosts were giving us a free ride to the north. The footbridge into the water was perfect for snorkeling and swimming and romantic sundowners.

Its a kind of long trip to get there from the ferry harbour but thats how it is if you want to get to the western coast. Maybe the bikes could be in a better shape but for a trip to the supermarket it was ok. Since it was free its not a complaint.

The staff was excellent, made us feel right at home from moment we arrived until we checked out. The breakfast was perfect, just what we were hoping for and it did not disappoint. The dock was a great place to hang out, either to snorkel off of, or just watch the marine life swimming by. And the three little kittens loved to hang out with us. The workers in the yard were great caring for the gardens and vegetation, just beautiful! Our next trip back we will definitely be staying here again

The shower is not separate, just part of the bathroom. Not a bad thing at all, except you might get wet feet brushing your teeth after showering, lol. Not a thing to dislike except we could not stay longer!

Extremely friendly helpful owners David and Vanessa, we felt right home away from home, you can ask them anything always happy to help, you can snorkel right off dock beautiful coral fish and black tip sharks free kayak, yummy breakfast upon demand delivered on terras, loved hotel kitty and doggy too, one can take drinks out of fridge at same rate as in supermarket! Love love love

Nothing!

This is our second stay at Linareva. This time we booked Suite A, which is very roomy, nicely appointed and right in front of the pier. The staff is very friendly, customer driven, and they went out of their way to help us with any requests, particularly when trying to set up the safe in our room. The location by the lagoon is hard to beat, with a nice coral garden and numerous fish right by the end of the pier. The sunsets by the pier were breathtaking! Vanessa, David and staff made us feel like we were at home, we will certainly be back on a future visit!

There is nothing we dislike about the property.

Beautiful and peaceful location. The sea life around the peer was amazing, snorkelling equipment and kayaks are available to guests free of charge. Sparkling clean studio, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We asked if we can extend our stay with one night and we were so grateful to be upgraded to a waterfront apartment! Thank you very much to the owners and to the team!

We loved everything about the place, wish we could have stayed longer. Something to consider next time when we book a trip to Moorea :) Having a car definitely helped us get around easily, would recommend renting a car if possible.

The bungalows were nice and big. Comfortable and clean with it's own kitchenette. Beautiful location. Can watch sunset from the property. Not to many options nearby but about a 5-10 minute drive to a town with more food options. Garden was beautiful and well maintained. Staff and owners were nice and friendly. Good value for money.

Quite a few small bugs came into the room. Would have liked fly screens on the bathroom windows to help with this. Found it slightly odd that there was no toilet seat but I think that was more because I just wasnt used to it.

The calm and lush surroundings were perfect for us. The views across the lagoon were amazing. Kayaking out to the edge of the reef was exciting and the water was so clear. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with loving generosity from our hosts. Having a car enabled us to explore the island, but we just loved staying put at Linareva.

Linareva is superb. It is such a contrast from mainstream resorts. It is homely and friendly with options to dine in or out using the restaurant shuttles and deliveries.
