This hotel has a great manager, speaking good english, always around smiling and making sure everything work as expected. If we needed anything it was just one world and its was done. Our beach facing room had plenty of space, beautiful view, clean and comfortable, with small desk behind the wall allowing me to check my emails comfortably. The hotel seems to be new or just renovated. I love the style of small boutique hotel, stylish furniture, decorations, wall paintings, cosy atmosphere. The hotel serves good breakfast, with selection of cold appetizers, hot dishes, juices, coffee on demand or instant to be done by oursevles, fruits, sweets etc. It does have menu with plenty of good salads, pizzas, Georgian traditional dishes with reasonable prices. We enjoyed quiet, small roof pool with plenty of sun beds, few people only, small bar with driks but you can also order food from the hotel restaurant with ease and enjoy lunch with amazing view from the roof. They also arranged lunch box as we were leaving early morning before breakfast with amount of food, water, juices and fruits we could not eat all. They also have a piece of private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas - and I can tell you that no other hotel around provides that, especially for free. Even if you want to pay, the nearest beach with paid option to rent umbrella and sunbed is located few km away (no joking) and you need to buy one locally and install on a rocky beach or be lying down on rocks.

I liked everything. I cannot complain because I knew I was going to Georgia, Batumi so new what to expect around and this hotel met my expectations 100%.

The delux family room is very large. Two large beds, slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap were in place. There were even bathrobes for everyone in the closet. There is a safe. The view from the window is unfortunately on a construction site, but it was quiet. The room was clean, along with the beds there was also a TV, tea sets, a kettle, a sofa and a chair with a table. And even a basket for dirty laundry. The interior of the lobby is very beautiful, there are many places where you can sit with friends or family. The elevator is large and works well. In front of the hotel, you can leave the car along the road, we were told that they would not pick up the car from there. Nearby is the airport and across the road the promenade, just a quiet part of it.

It is located a bit away from the center, but this can be both a plus and a minus. Depends on the needs of the guest.

We had a great time. Nice hotel by the sea. nice terrace with rooftop pool. Around 15 minute to the center by taxi ( cheap taxis) . Breakfast Ok . Rooms service everyday . But the best was reception staff . Very polite. Very very helpful - we were delighted with them. Specialy Me. Bachi . He was the best. He helped us so much and we are really appreciated .

The hotel is well located, one minute walk and you’ll be at the local beach. There’s not so many people as at the central beach. You can take a sun lounger for free, but you should do that early morning, while other guests of the hotel don’t take them all. The room was in good condition and well equipped. I want to thank all hotel staff for their hospitality, excellent breakfasts and help in any questions.

I can say about only one problem - towels. During our stay in this hotel, they have some problems with its. I hope that the hotel managers will take this problem under control.

The best hotel in Batumi, overall it exceeded my expectations, the staff was fabulous, friendly and supportive. Highly recommend

This is a great hotel, staff were all lovely and caring for their customers, breakfast was great with a wide variety, the root top pool and terrace is amazing with great views looking onto the Black Sea, rooms were big and cleaned all the time with all the facilities available, 24/7 someone is available at the reception desk, we asked for early check in and they were very kind to allow us to come in early at no extra cost and also allowed us to stay after check out time. location is great and close to everywhere around the beachside of batumi. staff also speak great English so communication is very easy. overall our stay was very pleasant, we were very happy with Boulevardside hotel and will definitely be coming back! I 100% wholeheartedly recommend to all people viewing this hotel

nothing everything was great and better than we expected

Beatiful room and hotel over all. Decorated lovely, looks brand new. We had a triple room - Double bed and sofa bed with balcony to the sea and a hamock on balcony !!! Free breakfast was excellant. Service was great and very polite. Worth the money (170GEL a night for all including breakast) We visited on October so pool was freezing, roof top is beautiful. Hotel just 5 min drive to airport, probably the best closest. A little far from center, but i see it as an advantage - quiet room and area. We recomend it very much. Worth the money for sure, and even more !!!

Everything was amazing! We booked a room with mountain view but got a free upgrade to the room with sea view. The hotel and the room itself is very stylish and new. The room is spacious and has a balcony. I think it’s one of the most stylish hotels I’ve ever been at! The mattress and pillows are good, and I had a really good night rest. At the top of the hotel there is a terrace with a pool, but it was raining during our stay and the weather was pretty cold, so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool or to sunbath on the roof. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a nice choice of food.

A good place! The location is right next to the airport (but the planes didn’t interfere with the rest at all, but on the contrary it was nice to see the planes so close). Not in the city center, which was a very good idea, but 15-20 minutes and you are in the city center! 2 minutes and you are on the beach! The pool was good too! The staff was friendly and helpful with everything! Comfortable room!

I just want to ask the hotel management staff to be attentive to the staff who clean the rooms and clean the pool frequently.

Lovely hotel, just next to the beach, far away from city noise and entertainment (thought easy to reach). Nice design, comfortable beds, cosy swimming pool. Exceptionally great, friendly and helpful staff.
