This hotel never let's me down. Everything is perfect starting from the location. Rooms are very clean and tide. Good soundproofing between rooms. Breakfast is always on spot. Staff is doing its best to make you well like home. Internet is one of the best qualities I have seen at the hotels. This hotel is my one and only choice in Tbilisi.

We enjoyed our room, the view, the peace and quiet, the Brkfst, the staff. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is close to restaurants, groceries, and easily accessible.

I loved my stay, the room was super comfy the staff so kind and helpful! Always caring about if everything was well and moreover the breakfast so delicious and with a good variety of fresh and tasty fruits, bread and homemade pancakes ! The location is also great, it’s about 10 minutes walking to downtown and the good part, you can find very typical restaurants near by the house, Chokhi Veraze restaurant (Georgian food), The Wine Boutique and The Wine Factory all very close by the House !!!

What can one say about this hotel. It was simply glorious. The location is approx. 10 mins walk from the center of city. The hotel is located on a nice quiet street, the staff go above and beyond to help all their guests, the breakfast is wholesome and served to guests at a time convenient to them. The hotel staff kindly arranged our PCR tests in the hotel and printed our results. They also arranged hotel shuttle to the airport. Truly lovely staff and hotel, highly recommend 🤩

The Location is very good near central avenue. The Room was cozy and super clean with old stylish wooden furniture. The bed was comfortable. Friendly staff who are always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast was really good with high quality food. Highly recommend it.

This is a lovely hotel, I’m very impressed with the service. The breakfast was amazing. The whole team was very hospitable. The room was comfortable with all necessary facilities. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend “British House”.

Great service, Good Location

Super! Great choice for boutique hotel experience vs the “grand” hotels that are on Tbilisi main boulevards. Staff is warm and incredibly helpful - first rate recommendations on restaurants and places to explore. The Location is walking distance to the main avenue and major city attractions. The hotel is located in a building built in the 19th century, but both the exterior and interior look very elegant. Personal highlight was the furniture - everything is made of natural solid wood - bed, wardrobe, coffee table and other accessories (including the doors) The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife, Zemfira and I stayed from July 5 to July 9,2022. Our very thanks to Shota, the manager and Anna and the entire staff for a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptional from breakfast all the way till it was time to retire for bed. My wife speaks Georgian, Russian, Ossetian and English. She is from Tbilisi, Georgia so she knows how to interact with her people. We toured and saw friends and family. We even extended our stay up to July14,2022 and went to the resort at Batumi. I was impressed because my wife went to the room, and I was alone at breakfast and her friend called and I tried to tell her friend that Zemfira went back to her room. Well to my surprise Anna heard the conversation from the office and quickly came into the breakfast room to talk to Zemfira's friend in Georgian language. How do you like that for Service? I love the Georgian/Ossetian people. They have an ironclad rule and it's ingrained with their culture that anyone coming to their country are given the VIP treatment and they will do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The Georgian food is the best and the freshest. It was what I was used to eating when growing up in America before they started using injected chemicals in poultry beef, fruits and vegetables.

Climbing the Hills. It was worse than San Francisco, California. However, when you eat as much Khachapuri, Kinkali, Kabob with Lavash accompanied with beer as I did you will want to climb those hills for a good workout.

I came with my girlfriend as first-time visitors to Georgia and stayed 5 nights. The owner and his staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The whole team spoke both Russian and English and my girlfriend first language is Russian, so that was useful. They helped us find a great tour guide for an all day visit to the Kakheti Region. They also went above and beyond in helping us organise a COVID test before departure, when we had left it until the last minute to try and sort one out. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs with a balcony overlooking the street below. The location was great for us and we were able to walk all over the city by foot (we do like walking places though). There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if walking isn't your preference. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and have recommend the hotel to friends considering a visit to this lovely country.

My only slight criticism would be that the breakfast could maybe have had a bit more variety. It would have been lovely to have had the option of a Khachapuri for breakfast.
