Beautiful hotel located in old Tbilisi, great location because you are in the heart of Tbilisi so you are close to everything, Staff are professional and fast 👌🏼 specially mr.vano in reception, Rooms are clean Decoration of hotel is classic and beautiful Breakfast is simple and good 👍🏼 I Definitely will go back soon!
The stairs are a bit confusing 😁 but I was okay with it, it reminded me of that famous stairway in harry potter 😁😁👍🏼👍🏼

Check in was very easy. We were a lot later than expected but it was not a problem. Someone works at the front desk at all times and he even helped with bags. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was very close to the metro and Rustaveli Avenue.
The breakfast was just OK - the same every day and not particularly tasty or innovative. But, it was alright for the cost of the hotel.

Firstly people who are working in this beautiful hotel are amazing, helpfull, everybody are shining with their smiles. Hotel rooms are clean and cozy. I had a great time here, and i admire all people to choose this place to stay as long as you can, because location is ideal - all the shops and restaraunts are in 2-5 minutes walking. Hotel is in the old city of Tbilisi, so all the beauty of this woderful city is yours if you are choosing this hotel.

Great place to stay in the city center. Very quiet and peaceful place. Staff very friendly, understanding and polite. It appears the hotel was recently renewed and so everything is fresh and modern. Location is historically famous. Would absolutely recommend to visit.

Staff. Maka as usual the superstar of that hotel. Sometimes I think that I am dealing directly with hotels manager and I tell you this as a Director-Manager of a company that I am. Some people have this natural professional skill and Maka definitely has it...she has a great future ahead of her. Congrats guys, just hire more staff like Maka : )

The attention is the greatest. Maka, their receptionist superstar is amazing and always a step ahead. She does everything possible to accommodate guests. She is wonderful. The other personnel is great and always smiling. Very attentive and helpful Overall. Great customer service
