1. They have the best breakfast I've ever had - every day there was something new and really tasty, they update hot dishes, have a variety of pastry, delicious jams and plenty of vegetables and fruit to select from. I stayed for a week and every day everything was delicious and really varied. 2. Everyone is very friendly, attentive, treat you not like a guest but like a family member, always welcoming, warm and asking for the feedback, ready to help. 3. The room is clean and new and has everything you need, the view is amazing as well, I liked a lot of light coming from the windows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Barnovi Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi with my family, and it was a truly amazing experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. In fact, they went above and beyond to take care of my sick sister during our stay, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The Hotel is located very close to Rustaveli metro station which is comfort for daily transport and can be reached super easy in less than 5 minutes if you travel backpack. But if you travel with heavy baggages, it's recommended to use a taxi or Bolt app since the walk-side is not baggage friendly and also the street is uphill from main street side. The neighborhood is nice, safe and family friendly with some good shops and restaurant options nearby. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and ready for help every time needed. The breakfast option also was good and acceptable Variety each day. We appreciated the fact that everywhere in facility were super clean and tidy. Environment friendly since they give you the option to choose if you need refresh for the room each day and also efficient temperature control in the room. Nice view from top of the roof which face to the city and mountain.

The soundproofing can be improved. The bathroom a bit narrow but not a big issue.

The best hotel ever!!! The staff is amazing and kind , hear you and happy to help with every request. I mentioned that my sister have a birthday and I would like some fruit or chocolate in my room , they put them both and also in breakfast they arranged a big birthday cake for her !! The best jester ever !!! The rooms are very clean and have everything you need - like soaps , brush and toothpaste and even slippers . The hotel is 2 minutes from Rustaveli street . Very recommended, we will definitely come back!!!

From the hotel staff to the management, they're very warm, helpful and accommodating! Always smiling! They'll always try to make your stay to be hassle free. Coffee was good and breakfast even better, lots of varieties and satiating. The views from the rooftop are wonderful. The Hotel is located at the middle of an uphill/downhill cobble stone one way street so taxi commute won't be a problem, just ask for the price before riding, though. Other than that, this place is a gem!

The hotel is cozy and charming, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing. Perfect breakfast, great cleaness, perfect location and very helpful staff. I really enjoyed my time there and can hightly recommend it to everyone travelling to Tbilisi.

Very tasteful and stylish modern rooms, new and neatly executed with superb craftsmanship (I just was in a fairly new Renaissance hotel in New York and by comparison that was done so sloppily!). Also the bathroom is stylish and toilets come with an excellent hose for personal hygiene and a good number of towel racks; great toiletries.The terrace for breakfast and a drink in the evening is lovely. Breakfast 8-11:30 allows for a leisurely start in the day. And location in my view is superb - Rustaveli metro station is a mere 5 minutes down the hill, and both the touristy old town and the commercial center across the river are easily reached, and yet the hotel is tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood. Great restaurants, ice cream stores (don't dare to miss Cone Culture!), and supermarkets all nearby. Overall fantastic value for money.

While I definitely would love to come back, there are two suggestions for improvement: a) The mattress was the weakest point of the room. It was very soft and had a slight trough in the upper half - still ok to sleep but not ideal. b) Llittle details make the bathroom a bit cumbersome; it in particular would be great to have a bit more surface area to deposit a toilet bag and toiletry items.

The best hotel to stay in Center of Tbilisi, Hotel is new, its new construction building like a Villa, that Villa staying in upfront on mountain, I took room with fantastic view on Tbilisi. Married nice couple who is the owners really lovely cares me with family vibes, even password for WIFI here familyFirst, its so cute. I came here for a week & I extended my time for a one month and half. Everything new here, the staff caring for the guest very much here they are really professional, always nice & helped in many matters, I really liked the area here because everything is close, the most fashionable restaurants like Keto and Kote, breakfast can be in Kikodze, also the Rooms hotel are nearby. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will definitely get positive emotions and the beloved atmosphere of benevolent Georgia with national Georgian breakfasts here. Also at the top of the hotel you will see an unforgettable view of the whole city of Tbilisi.

We had been living in this hotel for 4 days and having a great time with my family. The staff was very polite, friendly, helpful and kind, the manager was very hospitable and could solve all our problems. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We have been to a lot of hotels around the world and this hotel has given us the best experience, when we are in Tbilisi next time we will definitely go to this hotel.
